JustinCredible.TV (@JCredTV) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia@enmand @Bell It's totally unless. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

CC (@golfercruz) reported from Richmond, British Columbia@Bell_Support Why is your customer service so horrible? Why do you offer nothing clients that have been with your company for a long time? I despise calling you customer service since I always get someone that doesn’t want to help me, disconnect me when I’m on hold, etc. I h8t it

Taylor Verrall 🌐🚀 (@TaylorVerrall) reported from Delta, British ColumbiaAfter their little stunt today, Bell Media should be required to pay back every single cent of the federal wage subsidy they took in. Giving your staff 30 mins notice that they were out of a job is a disgusting way to treat your employees. @BellMediaPR @Bell #Bell #BellLetsCut
-
J (@lordgaydude) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaThinking of switching mobile carriers from @Bell to @Fidomobile just because theres still no signal on the skytrain subway. 🙄

I've given up buying @adidas - not easy to do with a sporty teen in the house. We should also call on @MLS and @CanadaSoccerEN to answer about this as well.

Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Lingx_Cats (@Lingx_Cats) reportedHey @Bell , your new ai data centre being built is a horrible investment and will only damage the environment, and your advertisement that has a part saying that it will “create jobs for First Nations peoples, its a really good opportunity for my community.” Is distasteful as f.
-
Cassidy Vermeeren (@CassidyV6) reported@Bell_Support I have contacted bell many times and have not received any help or information. Just we will contact you in 48hrs and nothing. We call again and have to file another claim. Someone hacked our account and ordered a phone, using bells terms and authentication.
-
Lucky Lucy (@Luckylucydach) reported@Travisdhanraj @Dennismolin11 @Bell Yup, only Telus. Mother in law died. Couldn’t cancel it. It was insane.
-
Shirly Caibaiosai (@shirlycaib) reportedAs a long-time customer with @Bell, let me tell you the. You are on life support with me right now! Because I moved to Ontario, you can’t get me hooked up with TV or internet??!! In over a month?? 😡
-
AlexTri (@AlexTri333) reported@Bell How are you going to help me if you reject my calls? You have charged me for equipment I returned via Purolator and they confirmed they returned to you. After a week of your robot denying to transfer me to an agent I want to cancel all my services. Maybe I should ask my bank
-
Bobby (@Zubes22) reported@Bell the absolute worst. They’ve admitted they’re wrong for months but still have charges on our bill that are unjustified. They have now cut our cell service while we wait “for the next billing cycle for changes to take effect”. I’ve spent 5 hours on this already! @bell sucks!
-
Mylen Dunbar (@mylendunbar) reported@Bell @matchizen @Bell send a DM like you requested several weeks ago, no reply. Not surprised. Absolutely worst customer service 👏
-
andy h (@arodburden) reported@Bell fix your cell towers in Newfoundland, between st johns and gander ............. 2- 4 bars of lte and no data , cant text ...... couldnt report a motor vehicle death that blocked traffic for 8 hours and dead headed part of Newfoundland..... rcmp is gonna investigate also..
-
Cars-Sports-News (@CarsSportsNews) reported@bell if you’re going to have people working remotely at least ensure they have a good cell phone signal. Or call the customer back when the call drops
-
DB Steiger (@DBSteiger) reported@Bell You have proved time and again that you don't actually care. The DM's go nowhere, solve nothing, and never escalate things to where they need to be. Pretending to ride in on white horse going "WELL ACTUALLY!" doesn't help. I gave up using Bell in favor of the slightly less horrid Telus, and at least I can get service when I call them. Hell, even that reply sounds like it was AI written. I have zero faith in your company left, and at 41 I hold a long grudge. It would take something significant to change my mind, after the hell you caused me.
