The worst company you could possibly ever sign up with. Extremely expensive, hidden costs added every month and all customer service reps are over seas. They don't care if you have an issue, they're not in Canada! Stay away from @Bell #BellBlackFriday

@Bell_Support Well I got your attention but no resolution. what is the point of 1 calling service 2 tweeting 3 filling out a survey 4 escalating the concern when there is no action!? Yes I was called but NO PROGRESS Why cant this be resolved this week?

@Bell Most of the best deals are for new customers. Bell doesn't care about loyal existing customers! Cust service is horrible. Wait in queue a long time, get connected only to have call drop. One agent tells you one thing, the next tells you something different. Not a good company.

@Bell I have had the WORST service since Friday! I ordered your Fibe internet online and Monday a tech was supposed to come and hook it up between 5-9 no show, so I called and they said they don’t know what happened. Told me a tech would come on Tuesday, no one showed…,
