@Bell I know having call centres in other countries is common but lately everytime your reps have such a strong Indian accent that it’s genuinely preventing basic info from being passed on, these poor reps can’t pronounce individual letters like S or H or names like Smith

@Bell_Support this is the worst customer experience u have ever had. Your company sent me the wrong phone. I sent it back 11 days ago & still can't get a new one. If you don't reach out to me by tomorrow I will be going to your store and taking what I asked for.

This is the THIRD TIME the @Bell team putting in fibre in our neighborhood has cut the @Rogers line. The Foreman should be fired for the sh*tty work and Bell should be fined for bad business practices.

@Bell, why am I being told I'm in a blackout restricted area in Canada, for a hockey team that is literally playing minutes from me? How can that be?

Anyone know how to reach @Bell when you suddenly have no service and no landline and they’ve clearly messed something up with a plan you’ve had for two weeks after leaving your last provider after two decades?
