Solution Gate (@SolutionGate) reportedContact @Rogers 3 times today! Each over 1 hour wait time to move our internet to new location. Not only they couldn't move the service but they also disconnected our internet eventho they were told that we're still in old location until given date!! Hello @Bell .

You incr. each service I have by more than that each per mnth! You know, to pay to upgrade your infrastructure so we all “stay connected!?” Here I come @Bell

Meals (@EmilioCaruso) reported@Bell I have just joined your Fibe services (Internet, TV and phone) and it has been an absolute nightmare. Installation was horrible and my services continue not to function properly. Installer left without even ensuring that each of the receivers even worked.

What is not great is that customer service could not assist my wife with an issue she has with our account, and we cannot administer the router - can anyone help us? What will it take?
