@Bell_Support @IamIshuSingh The same issue in saskatchewan. Something is wrong with Bell today. I can't even make call

  • rodney_cohen Rodney Cohen (@rodney_cohen) reported

@gmbutts I feel with you! Why does it take this effort to get service for which we are actually paying. Maybe @Bell provides a better service than @Rogers I have a problem which deserves a refund but I can't get the refund until the problem is fixed, which Rogers is unable to fix.

  • CareyArsenault Carey Arsenault (@CareyArsenault) reported

@Bell is it normal to have fibre connection and to also need a booster? We have internet freezing in our small house but calling support they see no issues. I’m ok to purchase a wifi booster but does that sound right with fibre op? Only a small house with four people

  • ibshakey David Dines (@ibshakey) reported

@Bell @Bell_Business I'm not too chipper about paying for stuff I don't get. I had to wire the whole building myself, and use third party Wifi boosters to get a good signal, because your pods don't do anything. And I kind of need the internet to reach past 5 feet from the modem.
