@asmarshall83 @Bell It's fairly new. Only been carried in the just above basic package for 1-2 years I believe. It's been getting worse and worse the entire time. They give religious extremists like Tania Granic Allen their own show! It's like Sun News Network, but worse somehow.

@Bell_Support Escalation supervisor/manager Rajini was able to deal with my issue very professionally as well as the agent who put me on to her. Please train your Sales & other 1st line Agents so new customers don't spend 1+to 2 hours trying to get the service promised at the point of sale!

@Bell I like the service, but it's getting to the point where I can get similar plans for cheaper as a new customer elsewhere (I don't qualify as I am an old customer that always pays on time, I guess) - Please contact me.
