    @Bell_Support I have a downed line that goes from my house to the hydro wires and @Bell can't tell me if it's safe but will fix it sometime in the next 48 hrs! It drapes across 2 properties and a sidewalk...

    @Bell we have logged approx 10 hours on the phone with you this week; have email confirmation of a ticket number for service which is not recorded anywhere at Bell & having wifi disconnected twice with no one knowing why. Do u provide credit or compensation for my time on this?

    @Bell_Support .. I am very much disappointed with the customer care services as they are not able to find my details through One bill account number or home phone associated with my account despite of paying bills every month. Requesting someone to please help me close my account

    I had a @Bell technician scheduled to come out today. Bell calls and says there is an issue, we may have to cancel but maybe not. If it is cancelled you will get a txt otherwise it is still scheduled. I get no txt, wait for 6 hours. No tech comes. Thank you, Bell.

    @Bell_Support absolutely terrible customer service!!!! 30 yr customer, fed up!! Wasted hours on the phone with untrained staff just to get info on fibe. Wanting to get a promotion like a new customer before trying Rogers

    I have wasted almost 4 hours of my work time waiting on the phone on ne to be hung up on, pushed to someone else who will not help us fix this problem. Our IT guy has told us our server has been blacklisted. @bell @Bell_Support why can you not help us?
