    @GrantG90545721 @Bell I have been on the phone since before 2; 14 agents including online agents. Still on with 14th agent - called a while ago for same refund, said would do, never did. Frustrating isn't it?

    @ShaneBelter @Bell @bell is terrible paid for the baseball channels last year never got them for the first 3 months talked to them servers times said was not there fault then one day poof they were back on would not even talk to me anymore idiots

    @Bell Bell-I attempt to upgrade my wireless home internet package and your customer service team CANCELS my existing plan;now it will take 8 days for a tech to replace a modem that already works-all because you can't reactive my old plan.Seriously, how can you be so incompetent!
