    @Bell absolutely disgusting customer service. My moms internet usage was over (1st time ever) and she had already paid $50 in overages. 10 days til next cycle & told to “shut off internet” until then. Thus isn’t mined in a hole or grown in a field. Just lost a HUGE loyal customer

    Hey @Bell_Support I'm disappointed to say that I haven't received bill credit that was promised to me by one of your executive. I raised 2 tickets for this issue, but it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard back from anyone Can you please look into this #customerservice

    I’d been having so many issues w @VirginPlus I escalated a couple tickets to their ‘executive office.’ There’s absolutely no way the person who called me works in an actual executive office or has any executive function whatsoever. Don’t buy @Bell or #Virgin. You’ll regret it.
