    @Bell absolutely disgusting customer service. My moms internet usage was over (1st time ever) and she had already paid $50 in overages. 10 days til next cycle & told to “shut off internet” until then. Thus isn’t mined in a hole or grown in a field. Just lost a HUGE loyal customer

    @Bell_Support I hear about this now, but yesterday, when I was having trouble with Fibe TV, the Bell website said there were no problems detected #EpicFail

    Found out on Friday that @Bell had been double-charging me for 11 months for Call Display and Message Center. Went into support chat, had a great experience, and got the spare services removed from my account. (1/2)
