@Bell absolutely disgusting customer service. My moms internet usage was over (1st time ever) and she had already paid $50 in overages. 10 days til next cycle & told to “shut off internet” until then. Thus isn’t mined in a hole or grown in a field. Just lost a HUGE loyal customer

@Danvir47 @WokeWhisperer @Bell Not triggered and I'm not talking about myself but how Bell has worked to tear families and communities apart that causes real harm. I can't tell if your a troll or just slow to comprehend.

@Bell Never going back to @Bell. They tell you one thing and when you join, they start charging you whatever they want and most of the customer service people do not listen.

@Bell I’m so tired of the internet not working

@Bell Can't you just answer the question? This is not a private issue. Others may have the same question. In the app, how do you download a show that has been recorded when there are several episodes listed ? There is no 'download' button or option listed.

@Bell 24-hour update: @Bell still hasn’t managed to fully cancel my service. After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved. Do better, @Bell. #BellCanada #CustomerServiceFail

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Koodo is under Telus. Telus, Rogers and Bell are the 3 big players. I use Telus, wife uses Koodo. No issues over the last 18 months

@Bell @Bell_Support has the worst customer service !

  • dynamozes
    Moses (@dynamozes) reported

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Try to get on an employee program with either Telus or Rogers. If you don't mind issues with network coverage sometimes and the likes, then try Koodo or Fido for cheaper plans. But if you want a plan that's 5g and the likes, then I'll suggest the Big 3. Worked for them before

@Starlink @Bell is so bad that everyone should switch to this.
