@Bell absolutely disgusting customer service. My moms internet usage was over (1st time ever) and she had already paid $50 in overages. 10 days til next cycle & told to “shut off internet” until then. Thus isn’t mined in a hole or grown in a field. Just lost a HUGE loyal customer

Hey @Bell_Support I have had 4 visits from technicians, been on the chat/phone constantly over last 6 months and I am paying basically a mortgage for Fibe. Internet down more than working!!!! Not happy!!!!

@Bell you guys really need to do better invest in quality people to do customer service im paying over $300 a month and you customer service is just pathetic they didn't even verify my ID and was just giving out my information 😑 its really sad

@MatthewFahey15 @Bell @douglasdowney My lawyer has trouble with women having an opinion I see this now / this guy has been the worst/ put me in hospital/ I have witnesses that were w me too. Past lawyer dropped me for disagreeing w him & I am the one suffering the delay of my case bec I am too weak to fight

I would get @hbomax in a heartbeat if I didn't also have to get @CraveCanada. Exclusive deals suck *** and push me to illegally download your stuff rather than over pay for a service I dont want just to get the one I do. Now as a result I resent, and will never use, @Bell
