@Bell_Support sound cuts out on stereo sound setting, and on muti channel it has un correctable lag. I have tried without our soundbar and it is no better. This is our 5th box in the last 2 months. (Unrelated issues) The stereo setting was working fine until today.

@Bell_Support for the past few months I have tried to upgrade my device online. No matter if I use my phone, laptop, clear cookies, incognito… it’s can’t be done and I keep getting told to try again or pay 50$ for a “upgrade fee” for a person to help me. Why isn’t this working?

@Bell wow this company is garbage. I’m standing outside in the middle of Brantford and I still can’t get a text message out. Unreal.

@Bell_Support @Bell Just got off a call with a Bell agent after Chat would not correct my issues. I have email proof of an order that a $50 connection fee was to be waived. Low and behold, guess what was not on my second bill? Agent refused multiple requests to provide proof of $50 mobility credit.
