Hey there @Bell you have brutal customer service. Spoke to two different agents today. The first one did not follow through on anything from our discussion and the second told me how policies work there and I was misinformed from a previous agent. Glad I’ve canceled

  • BrendaJeffs Brenda Jeffs (@BrendaJeffs) reported from Clarington, Ontario

Against my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

  • Rusty0967 Todd (@Rusty0967) reported from Clarington, Ontario

@Bell_Support @CRTC @ErinOTooleMP @fordnation @JustinTrudeau My answer to Bell after appointment missed today No I do not need help your company is one of 2 major companies in Canada that has gotten to point where customer service is an after thought #Monopoly #NoCustomerService

  • MattLeskiw Matt Leskiw (@MattLeskiw) reported from Clarington, Ontario

@Bell_Support is a massive rip off and anyone who has Fibe TV should cancel it immediately.

  • seanchicago Sean McLaughlin (@seanchicago) reported from Clarington, Ontario

@Bell That’s just the standard response I’ve seen all day on Twitter. Can we have a real update please as this is a joke of a service now.

  • seanchicago Sean McLaughlin (@seanchicago) reported from Clarington, Ontario

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • poirierli Linda Poirier (@poirierli) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell @Rogers recently called me, asked how much I pay for internet service and offered me a temporary promotional price of $46 a month. When pressed she said the price will rise after 1 yr to more than double what I now pay. I told her I don’t appreciate Rogers’ tactics.

  • johnnypmartin John Martin (@johnnypmartin) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Our rates are higher because our country is large with a small population. Less customers per square mile means it costs more to get service to them.

  • Hugospice Hugo Charles (@Hugospice) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell As a consumer I am frustrated with fewer options. However, I can't help notice some of the smaller players complain about the practices of bigger players, only to turn around and engage in the same extortion and monopolistic behavior.

  • chezSatan DocFaustus (@chezSatan) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Hey @s_guilbeault just last week I was told ~to go away as 👉No/Zero mediation/tiny arrangement with #Bell mobility with Bell anything Because we're 👉Separate?? [Wtf!] ~entity [apex mono/oligarchy] Wanna get reelected? Unleash/reform/reinvent castrated #Crtc two decades late

  • ButlerLonney Lonney Butler (@ButlerLonney) reported

@CraveCanada @Bell Nationalize all cell service as a neccessity. All 3 are crooks and we have been held hostage and gouged for far too long.

  • Kevin_KG_Graham Kevin (@Kevin_KG_Graham) reported

@PamelaT89384834 @TekSavvyBuzz The training at Bell is designed to wear you out so you give up on your issue. @bell will leave you on the phone for an entire 8 hour shift and then hang up. Don’t get it twisted, this is taught and supported behaviour.

  • TruthLion100 Truth🇨🇦Seeker (@TruthLion100) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Yes and in 2019 Trudeau campaigned on getting mobile CO’s to reduce prices by 25%. Never happened and media ignored it

  • Hugospice Hugo Charles (@Hugospice) reported

@TiniZnayesh @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Good point. I am an ardent supporter for competition and cheaper options. I know the original investors should gain ROI but it seems that we are making circles and the consumer telecommunications issues are not addressed. Then bigger players are allowed to buy a small player

  • geoff_bernz gab = @Geoff_Bernz & parler.com = @GeoffBernz (@geoff_bernz) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell I am a TekSavvy customer. I am on their mailing list as well. I fully support TekSavvy and their fight against #BigTech!

  • KoriCook Kori Cook (@KoriCook) reported

@Bell Last year when COVID hit, you told us we’re all in this together. You took government wage subsidy funds meant to help struggling small businesses during COVID, you instead increased Shareholder payouts and paid that money out to your shareholders. Pay. It. Back.
