    Against my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

    @Bell_Support is a massive rip off and anyone who has Fibe TV should cancel it immediately.

    @Bell_Support Does Bell Fibe TV carry CBC Windsor? Bell Satellite used to but I can’t seem to find this service for S Western Ontario ( Kitchener to Windsor/ Sarnia ) If not, would @Bell please consider adding it to Bell Fibe TV for subscription! Thanks!!

    @Bell needs to have a better conversation btw store system and cx care, whoever helped me didn’t know what he was doing neither he had a supervisor to help him. Promised to be sent an email 2 hours ago and so far no email and no solution to my issue!#notimpressed #deceived

    @Bell - very disappointed with the service. As everyone is aware most of us are working from home. Our modem had an issue on Tuesday night due to which we lost internet. I contacted bell support who had to replace modem and I still do not have internet until trmw until tech come

    @Bell @Bell_Support please get your **** together. I called MONDAY to get the delivery address for my new phone fixed after one of your employees messed it up and then we find out today that the investigation to get it fixed was never even submitted? This is not okay.

    @Bell If you want to waste a couple of days, call Bell customer service. They will gladly tell you wrong information so you believe they can help you. Then when you call back, they tell you their OWN TEAM LIED, so in order to fix your problem it will cost you another $100.

    1/3 - @Bell Fibe service has disappointed me this far. 1. Landline has a 15 second delay before hearing a dialtone (don't ask for me to call, read your own support forums. Every person with a HH4000 has this issue). 2. PVR box never plays back recordings properly ..
