Against my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

@VMediaCSR been with you guys for 6 or 7 years now and the last 2 years have been horrible. Random unexplained outages all the time. Last 2 days my internet has been incredibly slow if it even works at all. @Bell has fibre in my area, I think it's time I switched.

@Bell Terrible website. Abysmal phone channel. Slow customer support. Same price as competitors. My family was going to get Bell TV, not anymore. I will call @TELUS tomorrow to switch over to them. Goodbye Bell. @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support I find it’s just not right to be paying for a service and not getting what I’m paying for

@wickdchiq @VIA_Rail @Bell I don’t even bother when I’m on board. I just tether from my phone. I found that when my phone doesn’t work, neither does the their service, so it doesn’t make sense to switch back and forth.
