    Against my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

    Hey there @Bell you have brutal customer service. Spoke to two different agents today. The first one did not follow through on anything from our discussion and the second told me how policies work there and I was misinformed from a previous agent. Glad I’ve canceled

    @Bell you just list a client. I am extremely upset with the service provided by the agent who kept over talking me and not listening to my inquiry. I added extra services this year, yet I wasn’t able to get a deal for the internet package. Will move all my services elsewhere.

    @Bell_Support @DrKateTO Covid and flu is still in circulation. If a tech worker is coming into homes, MASK up. You don't know if the customer has cancer or some other illness. We don't want your germs! I still wear my mask on the bus, grocery store and bank. Zero customer service with Bell and Rogers.
