    Hey there @Bell you have brutal customer service. Spoke to two different agents today. The first one did not follow through on anything from our discussion and the second told me how policies work there and I was misinformed from a previous agent. Glad I’ve canceled

    Against my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

    @Bell Just spent about 7 to 8 hours on the phone this past week with employees that... Just wanted to get rid of me , had to speak to 14 different people and departments before i found someone that actually wanted to work... Amazing products , shittiest customer service ever.

    Saga with @Bell_Support continues. Bill comes - almost $400 in taxes. Long story. Solution - pay bill, have bank reverse it (req a branch visit) then pay all corrected amounts in Aug. Everyone makes mistakes. This one has cost me hours to fix…and it’s not over. 🤔

    Serious question: why do some companies go out of their way to provide top-notch customer service while others think that providing abysmal CS will keep them in the game? The answer = monopoly. @JustinTrudeau, @CRTCeng... @Bell--you should be sued for your service.

    @Bell @Bell_Support Frustration? What exactly are you going to help her with? She is past the return + now tied to this phone + contract until she is 91. We have had to make arrangements to have someone in her bldg assist her with navigating the phone in urgent situations.

    @Bell garbage company.Can’t explain my bill. Never had any overage charge last month $700. Was told after 30 minutes on phone that the manager would all me back.. didn’t happen. Filled out escalation form. Said 24 hours. 4 days later nothing. @Bell is a fraudulent company
