    @hewett_michael @Bell_Support Same. Thought my moms PVR was having issues so I went over to help her. Reset, etc but didnt work so looked for support numbers and couldn't access across 2 devices and when did call 310 bell call failed

    @RomeoMarra @Bell_Support Exactly! Had I seen their tweet when I first looked it up I would at least have TV. Instead I rebooted and am watching YouTube. Very poor communication!!

    @Bell_Support DO NOT REBOOT your systems. I wasn't able to access my PVR recording, but I had live feed on all channel. After rebooting, I'm now stock on the Bell Fibe blue screen. This is bad software if a remote problem prevent us to access content on our PVR local drive.

    @Bell_Support I had service on 2 out of 3 receivers. Even got through to a person at Bell. While on hold, my other 2 receivers went down and then the system said the offices were closed and hung up on me.

    @singlis @Bell_Support first thing I did was check the status page a few hours ago and all was good so I went to my moms to help her figure it out and then realized their websites and phone down too. only way I knew system wide issue was to come to twitter.
