Harbourfront Technologies (@harbourtechx) reported@Bell @Bell_Support I tried to log into my sympatico account to check emails, but got an error message "You have entered invalid credentials. Please try again." Is it just me or it's a technical issue on Bell's site?

🇺🇦 Fil M 🤖♥️🇨🇦🇲🇽🇮🇹 (@jolie_oiseau77) reported@Reil76 @Bell Are you still on a copper line or have you switched to fibre? If you're still on the copper line they could be ignoring your issue to force the switch to fibre!

marnie t. vollmann (@mrtolbon) reported@Bell sucks! Agent that’s helping to fix my modem ends the call and doesn’t call back, they sent a defective modem and want me to pick up a new one! store doesn’t have it available, new one ships in 1 or 2 days, no options to get a tech to come, no internet to work… A joke.

Carrie Ryan (@604cr902) reported@CrowFavBird @Bell_Support Telus did the same thing to us last year… the people on the phone don’t understand their lost customer won’t have “future needs” for phone and internet.
