    @Bell_Support Thanks, had a tech come in. Tested the light and found no issues. If it happens again, he said they'll replace the modem. I think it was a random service disruption based on some of the other user comments I found.

    @Bell I have a home phone for emergency purposes, when the power goes out in my neighbourhood I lose cell phone service, the home phone is supposed to be for emergencies. Now you won’t let me have a home phone that will work during power outages? 1/

    @Bell_Support why can’t u send your East York customers an update? I have to use my phone’s data (not with bell) to find information! How is it taking this long to return internet service to your paying customers and you also don’t give them updates? Are u paying my phone bill??

    @CBCAlerts @bell Canada has added services to my account I never asked for with a charge. I have original order receipt without the extra services. Please let the people know about these scammers

    @YonaSatin @Bell_Support Why isn’t Bell providing their customers with updates? The only way I can find out information is by using my phone’s data to contact your support team. You have one job and you do it terribly. The least you could do is support your customers.
