    Honestly @Bell_Support gets such bad reviews but today I had the best experience. The lady on the other end was drop dead hilarious, we spent 30 minutes laughing together while she processed my request. At one point I literally couldn’t breathe I was laughing so hard.

    @Bell_Support Bell Fibe support is disastrous. For several weeks & many phone calls they are unable to fix my email. Technicians are incompetent. I have now resorted to a consultant to remedy this problem. Disgusting service!!!!

    @Bell I’ve got 4 bars, the 5G logo and 15 gigs of high speed data left yet My cellular data isn’t working and I can’t make calls or send texts. This isn’t the first time, I’ve called many times in the past. If you’re going to charge stupid prices, make sure your service works!!

    @Bell_Support just been hung up on by one of your customer service agents because she said they had sent out wifi pods but I have not received them and kept asking for info I did not have. I'm a new customer,not a great first impression.

    @Cristina331203 @ShamanaDreams @Bell Ya same with us a week ago the guy told us we never actually had fibre optics and most people in our area don’t but we were all told we do! 😑

    @Bell_Support Still down in Kingston (fibe or LTE), my family takes turns taking work calls on my cell which is Rogers. Called IT 4 times in the last 3 weeks, all trouble shooting and factory reset they told us to do several times. Just have to keep "waiting 24 hrs" until we lose our jobs.
