@Bell If the copper lines you purchased from MTS in 2017 are in such poor condition how come you repeatedly have refused to enable to fiber line that you have installed to my house? Cc @cbcmarketplace

  • CoffeeEyes13 Stephanie 🌻 (@CoffeeEyes13) reported

@Bell you need to work on your customer service.

  • ValentinaGuzman Valentina Guzmán (@ValentinaGuzman) reported

It is incredible how we are extremely vulnerable as customers and no matter what, we always have to pay for outstanding and expensive balances even though bills are unfair. My Bell experience was awful @Bell with a very poor and overpriced service.

@Bell_Support Generators, ever heard of them? 2.87 B in profits and still running your business like it's 1950. Deplorable customer service.

  • pamgreen89 Pam Green (@pamgreen89) reported

@Bell_Support I’ve done this multiple times and am getting the message there is an outage still. Is there an ETA for when service will resume? The ETA it gives me is always wrong.

  • Citizen19841984 Mike (@Citizen19841984) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Still no internet service - still no idea what’s wrong and why it’s taking so long. The internet worked fine for 8 hours following the storm and now hasn’t worked for over 48 hours. Obviously the storm didn’t cause catastrophic damage if the internet worked for 8 hours following

@Bell how long is this going to take ..? Haven't been able to make a call since Saturday this is actually effecting my job and livelihood ? Are we getting reimbursed for this down time ?

  • MisterJ_O Jesse (@MisterJ_O) reported

@Bell_Support Can you please communicate with people about the outage of services in Ottawa due to the storm? Telling people to check the outage page, which is incorrect, is incredibly unhelpful when thousands are without service. Spending 2 hours on hold shouldn’t be only way to get answers

  • GladysRBates142 Gladys R. Bates 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@GladysRBates142) reported

@Rogers, @Bell, other service providers: listen up. How about giving free service to Ottawa + Uxbridge or anywhere there is significant storm damage? People might go over there allowed minutes to deal with problems. Have a heart for God’s sakes!

  • QuinteFan 2of7 (@QuinteFan) reported

No power and no cell service means NO ABILITY to contact emergency services. A wired phone is no longer an option according to Bell due to “upgrades” to the system. This senior is furious. @Bell_Support @bellcanadalies
