@GratisLoqui @Bell @EORN_CA I 100% agree. To @EORN_CA the problem has been solved and Xplornet was the solution in their eyes. Curious how many of the board members at EORN have that service. It’s not adequate. I have Joe 15 and currently getting 5 on a good day. 🤬

  • WeatherLandG 🌤 L&G Weather, News & Traffic ☃️ (@WeatherLandG) reported from Augusta, Ontario

@747_s @Bell @EORN_CA @SteveClarkPC @MikeBarrettON @Xplornet Our friends at @EORN_CA are supposed to be representing us but they’re endorsing an inferior service. They need to ditch Xplornet and support reliable, affordable carriers that people here can afford. I pay over $100 a month for 15 Mbps this is not a reasonable expense!

@Bell_Support Don’t know why you’re asking everyone to DM you. Clearly your wifi/internet is having issues when every tweet is saying it’s down. Maybe announce its down and give an ETA on a fix?

  • KylesWeather Kyle Smith (@KylesWeather) reported

@tysmo @Bell_Support In any event, I trust this manditory Fibe shutdown timer is simply to save IPTV network resources. If they can cut off receivers and shut most them down overnight, and well into the next day, why wouldn't they? It makes sense from a network resource perspective.

  • danb1968 A Canadian Patriot, (@danb1968) reported

@Bell Been hounded by bell about my bill, but you can do nothing ever for me the customer. I want to talk with someone who can actually help. Does this exist?

  • mattruss905 Matthew Russell (@mattruss905) reported

@Bell less than 6 months of signing back up with you and already increasing my monthly bill. #canadasworstcompany Thanks for never changing, and ALWAYS screwing your customers over.

  • KylesWeather Kyle Smith (@KylesWeather) reported

@tysmo @Bell_Support Bell support directly said it was for "energy saving" purposes, their words (doesn't mean it's true). Interestingly, to switch to their business Fibe service, it costs slightly less on a 1:1 for what I have now. Bell said it wouldn't make a difference re: "press select", though.
