    @747_s @Bell @EORN_CA @SteveClarkPC @MikeBarrettON @Xplornet Our friends at @EORN_CA are supposed to be representing us but they’re endorsing an inferior service. They need to ditch Xplornet and support reliable, affordable carriers that people here can afford. I pay over $100 a month for 15 Mbps this is not a reasonable expense!

    In 9 years my rural internet has improved…from 7 Mbps down 1 up to 35 Mbps down 5 up. 50 down / 10 up is considered essential in Canada but @bell boasts that their customers get 3 GB down 3 GB up. I live in a subdivision 5 mins north of @TownofPrescott not the middle of the bush

    @GratisLoqui @Bell @EORN_CA I 100% agree. To @EORN_CA the problem has been solved and Xplornet was the solution in their eyes. Curious how many of the board members at EORN have that service. It’s not adequate. I have Joe 15 and currently getting 5 on a good day. 🤬

    @Bell_Support @MrMontagoose mobility division has been guilty of this for years, then have to fight with customer retention to get same deal as new customer...and half time you wont get as good deal and never get better...and ive been with since only 3 cell towers in ottawa--the telcos are all the same tho

    @AliciaB85930624 @Bell " Work" they don't work. They pass you to person to person and put you on hold for hours. 4 service technicians in 1 week , and still no phone, internet or cable. What does customer service say, on why I need a phone , " Is someone dying ? " Disgusting people

    . @Bell why is it that I can watch the OTT VS HABS on the TV. But when I go to the streaming app, it tells me I'm not subscribed? You know I'm only paying for satellite for the sports. Fix your app!

    My @RogersBiz @RogersHelps internet is not working since few hours now. It seems some work in progress by @Bell_Support to replace optical cable. And they have removed all cables. Why was I not notified for this outage ? What is the ETA?

    So @Bell owns @VirginPlus and I didn't know before starting my service with them. They have breached contract my sharing my private information with many people without my consent. I'm talking about they have sent my bill to other people and still cannot get answers about it

    @Bell_Support Trying to do a transfer of responsibility and your credit check system is not working. What is the timeline as to when this will be fixed? I've been waiting 24 hours and it's been down since Sunday apparently.
