@747_s @Bell @EORN_CA @SteveClarkPC @MikeBarrettON @Xplornet Our friends at @EORN_CA are supposed to be representing us but they’re endorsing an inferior service. They need to ditch Xplornet and support reliable, affordable carriers that people here can afford. I pay over $100 a month for 15 Mbps this is not a reasonable expense!

  • WeatherLandG 🌤 L&G Weather, News & Traffic 🌡 (@WeatherLandG) reported from Augusta, Ontario

In 9 years my rural internet has improved…from 7 Mbps down 1 up to 35 Mbps down 5 up. 50 down / 10 up is considered essential in Canada but @bell boasts that their customers get 3 GB down 3 GB up. I live in a subdivision 5 mins north of @TownofPrescott not the middle of the bush

@GratisLoqui @Bell @EORN_CA I 100% agree. To @EORN_CA the problem has been solved and Xplornet was the solution in their eyes. Curious how many of the board members at EORN have that service. It’s not adequate. I have Joe 15 and currently getting 5 on a good day. 🤬

@Bell_Support lost internet service in Hamilton. Reset not working. Does Bell post outage information?

  • dannagreer1970 Danna (@dannagreer1970) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Bell service is repugnant. Upgraded to a wifi connection and have spent 15 hours on the phone and 6 appointments with no technician even showing up!

  • coolfactor LifeIsRuff (@coolfactor) reported

@Bell … Here are 5 words that an Agent should NEVER say to a customer “That will not be possible”. I’m still being billed for services that were cancelled a month ago and the agent is blaming me for not calling in, when I spent SEVERAL hours on the phone more than 30 days ago.

  • ACanadianYeti Canadian Yeti (@ACanadianYeti) reported

@Fosters_mom_14 “Hi there, this is your service technician calling. I might be late. But we’re @bell, so you already knew that was coming.”

  • LilSreco Jon Misir (@LilSreco) reported

@Bell_Support I have never in my years been so dissatisfied with your customer service and the promises you guys make, was told when I signed up to call when my promotions end and would be taken care of, time comes and there’s nothing you can do, shame on @Bell_Support

  • paxdriver Kristopher Driver (@paxdriver) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Sparsely populated countries will invariably have higher infrastructure costs. If the public subsidize the towers and power lines the public should get the benefit of cheaper rates. If bell does it all on their own they can charge whatever they want. Issue resolved.

  • RedEdison M (@RedEdison) reported

@bell i have never once failed to entirely pay my cell bill. I forgot one month so now you can see me catching up. There's an evidence of willingness to pay. Yet you still send me harassing texts? As long time customer perks go, this one is awful.

  • AndrewNunnari Drewbacca (@AndrewNunnari) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell During the pandemic banks and telecom companies portrayed mobsters in “Goodfellas”. “There is a pandemic going on, F**k you pay me!” They could’ve waived a few rates to help Canadians during this crisis but no. Someone has to pay for them naming sports venues.

  • beaton17 wesley beaton (@beaton17) reported

@Victoria59L @Bell @Rogers I am friends with a top manager with bell (sorry if I get you in trouble) but there business is connected to 1 in 200 people in canada by employment .

  • kumikorandle kumiko (@kumikorandle) reported

@Bell_Support My internet has cut out 8 times in the past 30 minutes. It doesn't stay connected for more than 5 minutes. Not impressed
