They need to ditch Xplornet and support reliable, affordable carriers that people here can afford. I pay over $100 a month for 15 Mbps this is not a reasonable expense!

I live in a subdivision 5 mins north of @TownofPrescott not the middle of the bush

To @EORN_CA the problem has been solved and Xplornet was the solution in their eyes. Curious how many of the board members at EORN have that service. It’s not adequate. I have Joe 15 and currently getting 5 on a good day. 🤬

You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.

I was told by the store staff that I can only contact @Bell through phone numbers to arrange my cancellation services.

Calvin Reynolds (@CalJRey) reported@Bell_Support Day 3 of TCM channel 338 on Bell Fibe experiencing audio issues. The audio track is skipping every 3rd or 4th word. Sounds like a stutter step. Called tech support, they say it’s a problem at the source. Would you please check with them re: a solve?

Theres some old landline homes that have no service in the area, and no way to alert you as they are older citizens. If you could send someone to check the area lines, would be 🥳

We stopped all my elderly mother's Bell services, sent back the equipment, but they continued to charge her via a pre-authorized agreement. Tried calling customer service @Bell_Support and it is a clown show designed to frustrate.
