@Bell Well maybe if you brought fibre to the south shore, I would switch but unfortunately since you've not brought it out, my family and I must deal with 1.5 megabits down and 500 kilobits up on old DSL infrastructure from the late 90s.

@Bell_Support I’m so angry.I waited on chat for 25 mins. They called me and I was on for 37 mins. 35 of that was on hold. Can’t help asked for a manager- was told he was the last line. Asked again. Was put “on hold” which isn’t hold. There was no music. 10 mins later hung up on

Cancelled out service with @Bell they send a “sad to see you go card” AND ADDRESSED IT TO THE PREVIOUS OWNERS OF THE HOUSE AND NOT EVEN US LMAO I swear to got their the most incompetent company of them all
