  @Bell no PVR for weeks call bell on with technical support trying to fix it for 20 minutes.. no joy.. had to take an important call. Bell tech says yep I’ll call you back .. guess what he never did. Lousy service. !

  @Bell_Support It's now Sep 19th and NOTHING has been done with my elderly parents home phone service in northern Ontario that has been down for the better part of a month. #BellForBetter ? This is bordering on negligence. If they have an emergency, how will they get help? @CP24
