@bcorms @Bell Hey @bcorms , So. About 5 years ago we had everything with @Bell TV,home phone, family mobile plans (5) and internet. Due to poor customer service we now are mostly Bell free. My suggestion move on we use #Shawdirect, #Xplorenet and other providers are much happier. Good luck

@Bell_Support spent over 3 hours on calls with tech support today, who instead of attempting to fix my issue ran in circles, yelled and blamed 3 cell phones and a smart thermostat. Thanks bell, 0 stars. No resolution but to leave.

@gbpbob13 @Bell Pretty sure the tech will set up a temp solution if he/she even can in this weather. Might be my time to leave Bell once and for all

@Bell_Support No Fibe TV or internet service here in Laval, QC since 8AM Feb 2nd Absolute waste of time calling Bell support, they spend more time verifying acct info than providing any info. You're famous in Canada for bad cust service, and rightly so

@Bell Shouldn’t your wifi be able to cover a small home area already? Just how bad is your internet?

@Bell_Support I have bell internet for 10+ years and it absolutely sucks. How is someone to work from home or do school from home when you never update infrastructure? Packet loss issues constantly and speeds that don’t even make it usable. Bad service with high prices.

Great satellite service @Bell_Support @Bell . In Dec we're told new smart cards coming to reduce fraud, but never get them. Yesterday, few channels started dropping out & by the time your 1-800 folks were done "helping" us, we had no channels at all. New cards? Maybe in 10 days.
