@ellaella963 @Bell_Support I wish. I called customer service. That's the new "latest" repair time.

@EbeaudryEric @Bell_Support They do not have diversity in their network in order to save money. It is a shame for a national tier 1. They use fate sharing to the max.

Hi @Bell I am trying to find out why Bell took $195 from my bank account when my Bell account is closed. I tried calling 1800 667 0123 but was told it is not Bell's responsibility to figure it out, it is the bank's issue. I tried using Facebook Messenger with no luck from them

@Bell_Support Hopefully this is fixed quickly so people qui work from home can go back to working, and students doing their classes. Hard to believe it can take over 24 hours to fix a fibre cable.......... At the price it costs for the services 😡

@Bell_Support @ImbeaultRichard By now, it should be clear the issue is not with individual customers. See Dow detector.ça

One would think that a telecom provider would have monitoring tools in place to detect a systemic outage. Instead @Bell_Support treats all customer outage reports from MTL and the surrounding area as unique cases... @Bell keeps showing their poor network management practices.

@sfleroux @Bell Support told me no fix before 18h00 😳

@Bell_Support You have all the information in your CRM about who is affected by this outage. Why is it that customers have to seek this information on Twitter instead of receiving updates via email/text messages?
