    Not often one to be an angry customer, but here's a solid piece of advice for @Bell_Support: Take that AI chatbot offline and stick to exclusively human technical support, your bot is utterly useless. My router's power supply cable failed, but the AI refused to understand it.

    @bell That was the strangest customer service experience I’ve ever had and I’m not confident in what I was instructed to do. This is the second time I have a weird experience with your cs. I appreciate the attempt but I can’t shop with you any more.

    @Highteaspeaks @Bell Something to do with interconnection. Called so many times and they say they fix it but when I try again same thing. It's super frustrating! @Bell fix this

    @Highteaspeaks @Bell Koodo is under Telus. Telus, Rogers and Bell are the 3 big players. I use Telus, wife uses Koodo. No issues over the last 18 months
