My entire house is hardwired with Ethernet ports in every room, yet the guy installed modem upstairs instead of where the cables run to….

    @Bell_Support submitted a ticket for my ZTE Hub having NO INTERNET today after weeks of intermittent, slow or non-existent services. This needs to be escalated and resolved ASAP... Please :(

    @Rogers its very unprofessional and irresponsible to mess up another customers @Bell_Support wifi line when your fixing your customers Wifi line. I work from home and this is a huge issue for me. #Bell #Rogers your rivalry shouldn’t affect consumers. We pay for it.
