I switch to Fibre Optics with @Bell_Support @Bell about three years ago. The internet has never been steady, it blinks in and out for just seconds but enough to interrupt my Movies, Video Calls… I have called over the years and they reset my router, tell me it’s fixed…

@Bell so is there a rough timeframe where 5G cellular data is going to be fixed? Wasting my time calling about the horrendously slow data that’s slower than my dial up internet when I was a child, I’m not exaggerating either. Pretty ridiculous considering the price is so high.

Trying to deal w @Bell or @Rogers when you aren’t a customer is a nightmare. For almost a year we have been trying to get them to come and deal with the multiple lines that cross our yard but don’t service our house. In past, some have sagged low enough to touch.
