@Bell_Support I can't get into the Netflix app this morning, keeps bouncing me out instead of loading. But Netflix itself doesn't seem to be down. Is there an issue on your end?

After spending ~25 minutes yesterday and 49 minutes today on a call with @Bell, I conclude that they have by far the worst customer service to complete a very minor request of an add-on to my phone line. Have spoken with 6 different reps and 2 calls dropped. Request incomplete.

@hollyanndoan @Bill_Morneau Are there pix of meetings with SNC-Lavalin or WE? Maybe those would've made him look bad though eh? Prolly a few with @bell execs that didn't make it either.

@Bell_Support Been on the phone with Bell for 45 minutes trying to transfer phones lines to a different account. YOU want to charge me $45 + tax (per line) to keep me as a customer? Really? Awful customer service. Really considering cancelling all my cellphone lines now.

@Bell My cell service is like travelling back in time. 3G at 20% signal strength. Or let’s go back in time 15 years to when @Bell first started promising to improve service in my Ottawa neighbourhood.
