    @Bell Canada is laying fibre optic cable in his neighbourhood near Kingston. They damage the @cogecohelps line and the internet goes out. /2

    @Bell I am constantly having issues with Fibe TV. Every few days I get freezing on my TV for hours. Of course sane with my PVR recordings I'm so so tired of calling & spending wasted hours on phone! After replacing PVRs twice now I'm still having trouble. Terrible customer service!

    @RonStoneman7 @Bell @Bell_Support mmmm... I was a roger's customer for years too. They have their own share of issues. But I haven't ever had a setup issue like this. You'd think they would care more about customers when setting them up. Roger's just has stability issues, but AFTER your a customer.

    @Bell so your "loyalty department" employee kept me on the line for 1 hour and 16 minutes and decided that it was OK not to apologize for the wait. Just wanted to let you know the least you could do to your "loyal" customers is to hire people with manners to service them.

    @Bell_Support Isn't your policy the same everywhere? I don't want a salesperson to hound me I just want to know your policy re this kind of project. My town is Osgoode.I'm assuming you don't dig on private property unless the person wants the service.

    @RonStoneman7 @Bell @Bell_Support Ontario. -_- And they said Roger's was bad because of the blackout they just had. So I swapped to Bell and instead of a blackout it's just no internet -_-

    @Bell_Support @jimdabir Same problem at my mother-in-laws place in Kanata, ON. Waited with her all day for tech to arrive. No one showed up. Was told by Bell chat that others in the area have the same problem. Not fixed and we still can't call her.

    @Bell_Support so ever since the rogers outage your service has become down almost daily for several hours. My internet/tv has been down since 9:30pm it was also out for several hours at 3am . Spent 2 hours w/ service this week on another issue - no resolution, no refund.

    @Bell_Support Been trying to get in touch with your customer care on call from last 45 minutes. No one is coming on the call except endless waiting. This is really sad. Even callback option calls you immediately and puts you in waiting. No idea how we customers can speak to you.

    @Bell Ive been a client since January of this year and experienced problems on a monthly basis relating to billing, technical issues and rxtremely poor service
