@Superpig @Bell Had a similar problem with Fido. They provisioned a line, but we never activated. That didn't matter, as the charges started to accrue. Cleared it up months later, after bunch of angry calls from collections (who had no power to correct the mistake). Tried everything. **** Fido

@housingdrama @JaneMoneypenny @Bell_Support Representatives have little power as the managers & the top management are the ones that watch poor front line workers like hawks when they try to help people & block them from refunding their money & get in trouble. Bell scams people on a regular basis & use poor agents to do it

@Stopworkplacebu @Bell That's exactly how they acted @Bell like they owned me. It was hard to convert me bec I was proud of my morals & was arguing w managers on behalf of customers & said I never signed up to lie to people but was told I was there to follow orders & forget what I learned in school

@Bell_Support Paid a large chunk of my phone bill on Friday though my bank. Called support Saturday to let them know & they said they wouldn’t turn off my service since they know it take a bit for the money to process. My phone just got shut off.

垃圾Bell... @Bell Hey, the only "constant" was the days wherein I encountered slow arse Internet & DNS failure. I've contacted some Bell technicians #$% times& none of the attempts worked more than 3 weeks after "fixing the issue", thanks no more b/c I'm gonna pick another one.
