@Bell @KayNurse11 That's great for the support but why not try and do something for loyal customers on their bill or services. Bell are a bunch of crooks and all they do is gauge customers. I already cancelled my mobility and fibe and internet are next. Bunch of crooks.

If I had known it would 5 days, 20 phone calls, 8 hang ups, no call backs and ZERO customer service, I never would have given @Bell our business. This has been an exercise in how not to treat your customers. #bellsucks

@Bell_Support Just spent another 2 hours with Bell only to be hung up on "accidentally" again. I've never in my life dealt with such terrible Customer service and will be sharing my experiences with anyone that will listen! Shame on you @Bell_Mobility

@michelynn84 @Bell_Support from what I have been able to put together, there's fiber damage in east London, impacting west of Highbury... just not sure how far south/north along Highbury this is
