@Bell Can barely get a connection some days on the top floor of our house. Can’t watch a show because of the skipping and can’t get a signal to get on the internet. Having to reset the box at least once a week when the main box is in a not easy accessible place but Bell won’t move it

@Ryan_Neefs @DrKateTO @Bell You're right, I should have specified N95 respirators. I just assume that people are smart enough to know, by now, that only N95 or better respirators are acceptable to wear in someone's home. My bad, I forgot stupid people still exist and are allowed on twitter.

@ChouffotSharney @Bell_Support @DrKateTO One idiot serviceman does not a company make. Bell like every communication tech company out there is struggling to find technicians to meet demand. Obviously this guy has some kind of a problem. Once they track down the technician sure there will be consequences.

@shellfish67 @DrKateTO @Bell A few years ago, they came to my house and drilled holes on the exterior wall + installed wires and a box without asking. The guy even swore at us after asking him to remove the stuff but he got angry and yelled at us. We don’t even use Bell service! 🤔

@Bell_Support @DrKateTO Hi Bell, This is how you fix this: 1. Apologize 2. Fire the technician for inexcusably bad customer service 3. Complete the work order to customer's satisfaction within 24 hours at no charge 4. Provide a credit on their bill for the next 3 months 5. Apologize again.

@asquared20me @Bell_Support @DrKateTO So you take the simple matter of a customer request for a mask, where the technician acts like an *******, and turn it into a question about hazmat suits. Nice try.
