@Bell @cravecanda I don't get it. I have both Bell Internet Service ($70) and Bell Satellite Service ($70) but still have to pay extra for Crave? You guys just don't get it do you? Soon, I won't have either... and your shot at getting me watching Crave will be gone too....

  • deeJkatz Eli Katz (@deeJkatz) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support not sure if it’s just me but am trying to watch one of my recorded shows on the Fibe App through my phone but keeps showing no recordings and also nothing scheduled. Is there an outage ? Thx

@TorontoDefiant @Bell I want this so bad!!! Do you think you will ever sell these kind of things on your merch website. I'd love some custom Mouses and keyboards and computer cases! #risetogether

  • jdeq Jerry DeQuetteville (@jdeq) reported

Even after I had said 'my husband Paul' at the beginning. I understand it is a heteronormative world. I've been dealing with it & the fact I don't fit within this world for years. Really @Bell surely you can do a better job of training your customer service folks on inclusivity.

  • MorganjCharles Morgan Charles (@MorganjCharles) reported

Hey @Bell_Support we have a bell line down on our street and it’s impossible to reach your support by phone without an account number (?!).

  • hirschw1 Wendy Anes Hirschegger (@hirschw1) reported

@jdeq @Bell That's exactly what Joe did too a year and a half ago when he retired - our landline phone number became his cell number. You must have had a particularly dim person trying to arrange that for you because I don't think he had any trouble at all.

  • AlishaBard Alisha4ft9 (@AlishaBard) reported

@Bell Mine was down for 6 days. Kid missed 4 days of school and I lost $. Tech fails sometimes, but 6 days lost? Not necessarily reliable.

  • Rafa62860910 Rafa (@Rafa62860910) reported

@KoburaV4 @Bell_Support @bellcanadalies If your paying 400$ a month you must have bad negotiations with them we pay 64$ for Internet here

  • StephenWickens1 Stephen Wickens (@StephenWickens1) reported

@nat_fitz1 @Bell I use over the air in the city, but up in eastern Haliburton County, OTA signals were ended so CRTC could auction off the frequencies to cellphone providers (there's no cell service up there either).
