I feel like unless you are buying a new product from @Bell or @RogersBiz they purposely put you on hold in hopes you hang up and they don’t have to deal with your issue.

@Bell i am so disappointed and upset. 3 different modem. Three technicians and still I keep losing signal. Plus I am hard wired into the modem.I have called numerous of times and nothing has resolved.have caused me missed hours at work due to the terrible internet connection

@Bell_Support we have a few users in Canada with Bell internet at their home who are experiencing issues reaching some of our websites in the states. All other users in the US are ok. Has an issue been identified that could cause this?

@Bell_Support Just opened new Support ticket (50340330) since my Wireless Home Internet dl speed is at 0.49 Mbps at present (paying for 25 Mbps) Support advised that condition is due to 'Low Signal at Tower' My question is simple... what is the FIX and WHEN? #BellWHI_IsBroken

@Bell "Loyalty Dept" called me today, 10 days after I told them I was cancelling all my services, & 4 days after my new provider finished installation. Why didn't they seem to care when I told them I was cancelling? Why would I uninstall the new stuff & go back to them? #Fail
