If anyone is in the process of deciding an internet provider, use anyone other than @Bell. Horrible service, especially customer service. In the process of getting rid of internet, home phone and cellphone. Thank God it is no longer a monopoly.

The @Bell 5G network is terrible. Switched back to LTE. When the network is ready, please let us know. Or is @RogersHelps or @TELUSsupport better in #Manitoba?

@MarkC_Avgi @Bell Moved in November. WIFI craps out. TV continues to drop signal, freezes. Called them probably 10 times. They do repeated tests, refuse to send out a technicians. Was told three days ago a manager would contact me in two days. Still waiting.

@Bell 2/2 instead of trying to get new business you should be offering your existing clients incentive to stay. As soon as I can find a provider that can give me the service I want For a really great rate - I will be moving - even if I have to go stateside to do it.

On the phone for 2 hours with @Bell_Support and now the issue is even worse. Didn’t think I’d ever experience worse service than Rogers, I was wrong.
