@Bell_Support I have been ripped off by one of the bell customer service rep when I called *611. She said the next bill will show the $50 credit but she didn’t apply that credit to my account.

@Bell_Support hey bell!!! Fix your darn tower in jerseyville. Having intermittent service for 6 months is pathetic. You canvas the area to add more people to a non functioning tower blows my f&@king mind. It’s 2023 get it together

anyone else experiencing a @bell fibre internet outage today? using my mobile data to continue working, but am getting close to maxxing out my plan now, and see bell has updated their ETA to tomorrow 10pm (was 7:30am this morning.)

@Rogers is better than your service @Bell The least you can do is update your users. Rogers did a good job at resolving a country-wide outage, and you guys can't even respond to outages in a small area?! #Bell

  • PerrasTim Tim Perras (@PerrasTim) reported

@Bell remote internet service is laughable. For $180/month, it takes about 5 mins to watch a 30 sec video, 5-10 mins to upload a single photo and I’m currently into my 11th HOUR trying to upload a 1 minute video.

  • pso66 Paul Lafreniere (@pso66) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell attempting to upgrade my less then impressive internet service has been a painful experience.

@Bell But then we're stuck with Bell's unscrupulous business practices on behalf of their criminal billing department... Thanks, but I'll support another company besides the one who steals from their customer base AND accepts government $$$$.

  • kevindorfer Kevin ⚜️ Dorfer (@kevindorfer) reported

I'm really trying to give @Bell internet a change, but their website is ridiculously slow... I'm not sure if I trust their service.

  • arlasko Allen 🐟 (@arlasko) reported

@Bell_Support All the texts arrived a couple of hours later, I believe now that it was a problem from the sender's website.

@Bell Your add about people freaking out because the hotel/motel doesn't have Bell is really stupid. I am almost ashamed to be a Bell customer. Surely you ad people can do better? I'm 81 and have to say the your ad is the stupidest thing I have ever seen. Out to lunch!
