Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • luciferskitten9 Kate (@luciferskitten9) reported

Is @Bell really sending off people to ring doorbells to convince people to join their service? In a pandemic? You want me to let a stranger inside my home to discuss phone and internet plans? Yall doin too much

  • r58r58 r58r58 (@r58r58) reported

@Bell_Support Restored but my audio keeps cutting out for 2 or 3 seconds about every 2 minutes. Anyone else having this problem?

  • tmuchmore29 Tim M (@tmuchmore29) reported

@Bell_Support We still have no service. Only our phones for access to any information. Account number is 276150833.

  • Angst79799255 Angst (@Angst79799255) reported

@v0guev3nom @Bell_Support I’m in the same boat and bell refuses to offer any updates. 96 hours and no service. Why the secrecy Bell? DM is useless as they don’t respond

  • QuinteFan 2of7 (@QuinteFan) reported

No power and no cell service means NO ABILITY to contact emergency services. A wired phone is no longer an option according to Bell due to “upgrades” to the system. This senior is furious. @Bell_Support @bellcanadalies

  • TeamCollinsCurl Team Collins (@TeamCollinsCurl) reported

@Bell_Support Can we get a system that works? The online systems say I have no service problem. If I run the virtual repair outage detect, it fails the first step with “internal server error”. Same error since Saturday. I have called in twice to report the outage. My neighbour’s are out also

  • CPbkfan BKFAN 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@CPbkfan) reported

@Bell_Support Generators, ever heard of them? 2.87 B in profits and still running your business like it's 1950. Deplorable customer service.

  • dynastradamus Dynastradamus (@dynastradamus) reported

NEVER use @Bell They dont care about customers. I got a “free” upgrade because Ive been with them over 12 years. My bill went from $130/month to $250/month. They con you out of your old plan, to get you on a worse plan, to offer you a “free” upgrade that you have to pay for.

  • GladysRBates142 Gladys R. Bates 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@GladysRBates142) reported

@Rogers, @Bell, other service providers: listen up. How about giving free service to Ottawa + Uxbridge or anywhere there is significant storm damage? People might go over there allowed minutes to deal with problems. Have a heart for God’s sakes!

  • rachimeson Rachyll (@rachimeson) reported

@Bell_Support Tried this a few times and still no internet. Our power returned yesterday afternoon and we had wifi, but woke up this morning to none. Clearly this isn't a router issue; it's a Bell issue
