    @Bell Bell mobility knowingly and willingly sells faulty products. Twice in one month I've had one of they're "high speed Fiber optic" modems crap out on me. Twice I've gone to the store to replace it and twice came home with a modem that didn't work.

    @DebLaceKelly @Bell Never experienced anything like you describe. Uptime is near 100%. Worst I had was at beginning of covid due to non use, required a reboot/reinitialization of our line from their end, not just a router restart. That was frustrating as how would I have known.

    @Bell_Support All that does is tell me if there is an outage. There is no outage, I just get extremely poor download rates for some reason. I shouldn’t be download at hundreds of MB. I should be download over a GB a second. Nobody else is using the connection while im playing. Makes no sense.

    What the hell is up with @Bell_Support internet today? We’ve lost signal and had to reboot multiple times. Not great for the fees a small business has to pay for your services.

    Few yrs ago @Bell technician told me when replacing modem that to upgrade, the front lawn would be ripped up & new wires hung to the street. I declined so he confided that in a few years Bell would purposefully interrupt my Internet to get me to upgrade. That’s happening now

    @Bell_Support "If YoU dM uS". No. This is ****** customer service.. even if I wanted to tell you the account number I don't know it. Your connections are all over the place, you're ripping people off. And you constantly lie about the speeds given. Legal action will be taken. Have a great day

    @Bell why your customer service is so poor ? So many people complain about your service still we are getting same poor service. Worst technical department. Garbage and full of thieves run this company.

    @Bell I understand having caps on data and after I've been through all my data (20 gigs) but to slow my speeds where it's almost unusable is ridiculous.
