@Bell_Support just off the phone with your tech support. She told me there is a planned outage for parts of downtown Toronto until 11/25. Is this true? You didn’t notify your customers? Extremely disappointed in your unreliable and unprofessional service

@Bell_Support I spent 45 minutes in a chat room one day and got cut off. I tried a few days later and spend just shy of that only to find out the person in the chat does not do business accounts. Instead of transferring the chat or solving the problem I was politely told - phone the (1 of 2)

@Bell_Support #BellLetsTalk about how you won’t help me with my brand new phone that doesn’t work. I’ve spoken to 4 agents now and they expect me to return my phone and wait 7-10 days to get a new one back? This is a work phone. Please help me make sense of this.

@Bell_Support Unfortunately I’m an indirect customer thru @TELUSsupport but as per earlier in thread my friend in Calgary who is a direct customer is having the same problem with that channel. Lucky for him the games are coming in on the HD channels for him. My HDs have signal issues
