@Bell you guys have proven once again you’re the absolute worst. Canceled my home phone line and you went ahead and canceled my TV AND internet as well. Numerous calls and no resolution yet. Look forward to your canned response...

@Bell_Support agent playbook: yell at your customers and tell them that it's ok, we will fix this sometime...we don't know when. Tell me I'm lucky to even be speaking to them. Customer service score would be -10 if I could. I'm literally flabbergasted.
