    @Mark_Goldberg @Bell All optics. Investment is % from revenue. BCE Q1 2021 FCF was almost $1B, up 54% YOY. Gov. depreciation incentives decrease profit tax. Regulator keeps competition away. In 2023 after election and tech cycle done, investment % goes down. TELUS indicated lowest CAPEX ever at 14%.

    Honestly, Id switch to @Bell If their internet packages werent so garbage.. @Eastlink Its time to turn the servers back on honey.
