@Bell_Support @polish_man23 Ha, send a dm just so your techs can tell us to unplug the device for ten seconds! Same crap every time we call for tech help!

  • Wes_McLean Wes McLean (@Wes_McLean) reported

Dear @Bell, going on 13 hours of no internet. Your staff, very friendly people, could not help. Still waiting for the call back. Would be grateful to get this resolved.

  • DStitchman Stitch Man (@DStitchman) reported

Friendly reminder that @Bell is an absolute dogshit company that does not care about its customers, offers terrible services, and charges way too much for said services. $85 a month for 3Mbps is absolutely unacceptable. @Bell_Support is not helpful either. Just a terrible company

  • darien_lebold Darien lebold (@darien_lebold) reported

@Bell_Support is there something going on with service in BC? Especially around the Duncan/cowichan Bay Area on Vancouver island? I haven’t been able to send text messages very well or make calls. Maybe it’s just me?

  • Shnaagy Sherif Nagy (@Shnaagy) reported

@Bell how do I make a complaint against one of your loyalty team agents?

  • Neha21366756 Neha (@Neha21366756) reported

@Bell_Support we don't have time to call Bell every month with such stupid problems. Something is really ******* wrong at your end. Do you guys even care about someone's money or just keep on charging people's hard earned money without any knowledge and sense!!

  • chuchiface Petra (@chuchiface) reported

How does 1 cell phone of 3 in a household, have no mobile network connection? How do I fix that? @Bell

  • robert_screaton Rob Screaton (@robert_screaton) reported

Ever been a loyal customer of a company (say, for example, @rogers) for many, many years, and then they try to rip you off with unjustified charges, so you immediately cancel all services and go to their competitor (say, for example, @bell)? What a time for sneaky greed.

  • hexagraeme Graeme Kennedy (@hexagraeme) reported

@beheshtialex @_LukeBradley @Bell_Support They cannot. When we called to cancel Bell to jump to (what is now) Beanfield the Bell support person was like "lol we can't beat that. I'd take that deal too. I literally cannot offer anything that would compare"

@Mintmobile Is this good in Canada? Like any better than @Bell or @SaskTel ? Both are pretty much crap where we are. Didn't used to be though. Looking to completely swap all my phones out. Can't make a call from my basement without it dropping or garbled.
