    @Bell My 70 year old friend😢 just had her Bell Fibe services disconnected without warning forcing her 2 upgrade w/Bell Fibre Optic & then telling her she has 2 wait 2 days to get her services restored. Senior stuck at home with no TV & internet, poor customer service!😡

  • BoopDeBoop2 BeepBep (@BoopDeBoop2) reported

    @Bell_Support Hi. Is there a Fibre outage currently for area E1G0J1 NB? Receiving modem error 2000 (outage). Tried rebooting modem already.

    @TessaMa99616575 @Bell Interesting because I spoke to a very rude woman at Bell who assured me that it’s highly unlikely that their employees would be capable of making an error (she said this immediately prior to giving me incorrect info about my account history 🙃)

    @Bell thanks for letting our internet drop while we are working from home and your customer service has DONE NOTHING to fix the issue. You guys are pros…

  • terrirp Terri (@terrirp) reported

    **** you @Bell_Support you are actually the worst. FYI to everyone do not use the Bell app chat. Apparently what they tell you goes into the ether and they have no way to retrieve or stick to their word. @fordnation #killmonopolies

    @Bell taking advantage of seniors again. Sold my parents on their service, cut off wifi and phone in half their house and now charging them $100 to come@back and fix it.

  • lanzichick Franca (@lanzichick) reported

    @Bell_Support Fixed the problem myself.

  • terrirp Terri (@terrirp) reported

    @Bell_Support I already did and the person lied and accepted no responsibility even though I showed proof of what was told to me. So no you cannot help me. Learn to accept responsibility

  • deliamaria78 Delia La Madrid (@deliamaria78) reported

    @Bell_Support I upgraded modems last week (Jan 11)... and now my internet constantly gets disconnected. Error 1202 No HSI Configured. 8 calls to tech support has done nothing!
