David Tingley (@hoopstingley) reported from Riverview, New BrunswickThis is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

Adam Lund (@hotshot8774) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick@mcknight_david @MonctonWildcast @nick_ph7 @alangdon17 @Bell @Rogers That’s very true, and something you don’t think about until u move from the region But streams are a way to watch for sure, but most games that are “regional” are starting at 11pm soooo it’s not the worst haha

Cale Boam (@nascar_master) reported@tsn is a complete joke. Why is the Rae only on TSN+? I am ready to cancel all my @bell services because of this. Why am I paying for cable if nothing is on it?

Stunlokked (@stunlokked) reportedEvery time I'm gonna pay my @Bell bill it makes me literally sick to my stomach. $240/month for home internet and phone. and there's no way to make it significantly cheaper without switching providers for a while until their credit expires. If I change my internet from 3gig to to 500mb/s its only $20 difference but fvcking bell keeps increasing the internet price so eventually I will be paying just as much as 3gig but getting 500mb speeds. they don't offer any cheaper phone plans either. I should have just switched service provider when the monthly credit expired, but its fvcking annoying having to re-setup internet and phone every other year. and who am I gonna switch to? back to @Rogers again ? LMAO NO WAY IN HELL am I going back to their dogshvt internet again. @TELUS ? they are basically just as expensive as bell. like ****!

corrupted Icarus (@thatskho) reported@Bell bro fix your ****

Deedeefor (@DeedeeFor98) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell It really is a tiring game. How is it "new" customer can get blah blah blah for $ but long existing customers get nothing until we call and complain.
-
Varun (@varun42036) reportedHi @Bell the 20-person limit on group texts and ongoing issues with some users being unable to reply in group chats are seriously impacting workplace coordination for us. This isn’t just an inconvenient it’s affecting daily operations. Can this be urgently escalated and resolved.

Dog Lover!!! (@thebigwojcik) reported@Bell @Ombudsman_OBSI My mobile cost went up. Called twice only way to get a cheaper plan is to get a phone through them. I buy my phone's myself. Don't like contracts. They blamed the increase on the war! Called Telus and saved $37 a month. No more loyalty, Bell sucks!
