The service is available at nearby residences. My parents have been with Bell since 1959. What’s up? Why no service?

How about Bell STOPS sending me bills when my account is paid in full and service was stopped at the beginning of OCTOBER 2020 and I even paid one whole bill that I shouldn’t have owed. UNREAL. Unbelievably bad. I will tell as many people as I can about this. 😡🤬🤯
