    @Bell #Bell #ISP Bell is actively throttling their customers. I pay for high speeds, was getting terrible service at 25 mbps. Agent just admitted to updating my “line profile” when I complained. I will be filing a #CRTC complaint.

    @Bell_Support The problem is persisting.. I have been rebooting quite a few times in the last couple of weeks. It is also happening on CP 24, particularly after rewind. Am on a bill Bell Fibe contract at 77 Harbour Sq
