    I’m sick and tired of dealing with shady billing and such with @bell @Bell_MTSHelps overcharged $50 for data. Called no help, was told a supervisor to call back still no call.#fail

    @Bell_Support **** this company. I used to work for you guys and it goes MUCH further than just terrible phone service. Absolutely useless in all regards. The second my contract is up I am switching providers.

    @Bell_Support Internet has been spotty on and off all day and I can’t play any games on my wifi. I have bell fibe, restarted a bunch of times. Still so so slow and turning on and off. I’m in the L9Y area code

    @rogers - why have you made it so hard to give you money? - online ordering doesnt work, on hold for 45 mins with phone, live chat doesnt load/work - and I thought @Bell_Support was bad.

    @Bell_Support My portable phone won't indicate messages waiting, while landline extension to the phone continually shows messages waiting, even though there aren't any. I had a similar problem fixed this summer, but now it is a problem again. I am a Bell Fibe customer.

    @Bell_Support I called customer service 3 times in the last 2 hrs, every time they say checking my contract and put me on hold for 10-15 mins and it gets disconnected with no one calling back. So frustrated, terrible service. And all for a mistake in my bill that they need to fix

    @Bell figured it out! Been fighting with your network in the huron perth area (Walton/Monkton) for a few months now 3G is brutal, seems things only want to work with 4G if we get it. Sincerely 1 voice buht many customers
