I’m sick and tired of dealing with shady billing and such with @bell @Bell_MTSHelps overcharged $50 for data. Called no help, was told a supervisor to call back still no call.#fail

@Bell You know there would be hundreds of people that would switch where I live if you even provided cable. The only other company with high speed runs a monopoly and it is really bad.

@Bell_Support Hi there. My fiance just arrived from Sweden to NL. He is using Telia for his service and it worked in Montreal and will not work in Newfoundland and says the Bell network is forbidden. Telia told him to contact the Canadian carriers. Does Telia not work in NL?

@Bell_Support Aime- Noel Habonimana ID# Ez86900 Possibly the worst loyalty member from ANY company I have dealt with. Hung up on me, tried to make a change on my account without approval, and proceeds to transfer me without informing me. Disgusting.

@Bell after 15 calls to your customer service being provided different information every time as a result of your cell towers not providing service and I’m still out $2600. They want me to go to a busy mall during covid to then wait to have a store rep call in due to another err.
