    @Bell so uhhh, how about that visiontv, without the void bias codes on the tv, signal distortion at the end of the line can't be categorized as simply signal loss...pfffft, that was painful, a transducer cannot lose a clean, consistent signal from somewhere else, clearly and...

    Huh. So have been on hold for almost an hour, waiting for @Rogers so-called 'loyalty dept' rep to chat with me. Recording 50 minutes ago said my call was next. Great customer service this is, especially from the 'loyalty dept' right? @Bell @TELUS is looking better all the time!

    @Bell_Support It is only my 2nd bill from Bell, & already the 2nd issue. You added a $50 connection fee on my 1st bill, even thought your agent assured me that it was waived. Your phone support promised to escalate and call back, but they never did.

    @Bell what a terrible service!!! It's not even my second billing cycle, my Internet has been interrupted TWICE ALREADY!!!! Terrible terrible to say the least. Can't wait to get back to @Rogers at least it works!!!!

    @Bell worst network services for Bell mobility in Brampton and Missisauga area Mavis and Steels in specific. Raised with @Bell multiple times appreciate if this network issues are resolved

    @bell how can bell Canada sell their iPhone 14 proS for more money than anyone else in Canada! Terrible customer service - rep says bell doesn’t compete so if you don’t like it go elsewhere! Canada needs more competition!

    I shouldn't have to go to the store *AGAIN* to get this resolved. But this is the only help I'm being offered. Again, why should I be a @bell customer if the support on my first day as a customer has been so bad? If @bell_mts were keeping their mobility network, I'd never leave.
