Ok so here's the skinny. A plow knocked out the @bell transmission box a week ago. The next day, Bell had someone out and they fixed it. Almost a week out we've had ZERO issues. The internet is stable. #Mississauga

@ConsAreCons @DanAlbas Down by about 60%, but we had to leave @Bell, who insisted our package price couldn’t be cheaper, despite all my family’s phones being out of contract. Also was tired of requested changes not being processed, the account not being documented… basically a 💩show for the last year

I think it's insane that it took me a total of 54 minutes, being transferred to 4 different people, having to authenticate myself 3 times and being put on hold multiple times, just to cancel a simpl service call @Bell_Support
