    @bell @richardbranson I have spent many days and many hours at Virgin trying to fix a cell phone issue, I have spoken to retail support, supervisors at Virgin, store associates, I am at my wits end!!! Can someone please help me!!!!!

    @Bell I find it hilarious that your company thought sending me a letter to try and get my business was a smart idea. 5 years ago when I moved into my house I called to get quotes and was told by multiple agents I needed to provide an account number to be helped. New customer here

    @Bell absolutely the worst service. Cuts off games I’m buying. Shuts its self off after every 1-2 hours. Losing my channels. Putting me on a landline : customer service saying it’s cheaper if I have a landline” that I never use- refund the whole contract you cows.
