@bell I'm disgusted by the customer service with Bell. While trying to help our senior parents with upgrading their Turbo Hub Net Gear, a Bell employee made an error with the available plan & now we are told we are locked into a contract & too bad? #outrageous #unacceptable

Isn't it great when arrange a move with @Bell three weeks before your move, wake up early on a Sunday morning for the install, they don't show up & then you have to wait three days for service during a pandemic when you are working from home? Like, ffs.

On our street @Bell_Support rep specifically told us current services would be more reliable even if with another company. They did considerable damage on this street as well. Only those getting Fibe benefit. Be warned if they approach you.

@Distributel have the worst service ever!!! I’m without internet service since 11 days and the company is unable to provide me a supervisor so I can know what is going on. @bell or @cogeco , would you like a new client?

@F1 will you please bypass @TSN_Sports and @bell and allow Canadians to watch all your races without having TSN and Bell F everything up. Let #formula1 race fans enjoy the race w/o the worst cable services in the world. Will pay money for your YouTube channel

@Bell great quick service. They replied immediately. Haven't heard a peep from @Crave_PR or @CraveTVHelp though. Beyond ridiculous how you turn a blind eye.

@CraveHelp @Crave_PR Worst customer experience. I've worked and managed in call centers and I have to say this is the worst I've ever experienced. Will never recommend or support @Bell if this is what's expected.
