Bell Internet down all day at my business, lost ability to do a lot of work. They claim it’s back up but it’s been hours. Nonsense. When will Canada get good telecom companies? @Bell_Support

Still no help from @Bell @Bell_Support Turns out, customer support is provided by a private company in the Philippines who have no ability to connect with the crew working on the outage @CP24. Now day 8 with no fax in our medical office and apparently will be fixed by Oct 26!!

general claim. Unfortunately I never have more than 1 or 2 bars of Service in my house/area. @ccts are still investigating but have not heard back. I was hoping for a reduction in my bill for not being able to provide telephone service but @bell declines to discuss this.

Hey,@Bell can you explain to me how 2x so far THIS year I have spoken with a customer service rep to temporarily suspended my seasonal account,verifying the account number,and each time the confirmation email shows my permanent residence account being put on hold instead?

@GlobalEdmonton just listening to your story about poor cell service. we have the problem in the Big Lakes area. I have reported to @Bell and to the @CCTS at which point Bell is now blaming my device and not the area. They exclaimed my claim but now closed it and added it to a
