Must be incredible to be in a position to hang up on a potential customer @Bell I was on the phone for over an hour, then the guy put me on hold for at least ten minutes then disconnected me. Oh. And your turbo hub plans are straight up robbery. #SixtyDollarsForFiveGigs

Hello @Bell_Support! I'd like to login to manage my new account and am told to check the box that confirms I am not a robot. I cannot find the box to confirm I am not a robot, does this mean I am in fact a robot? Pls help, I wanted to pay a bill not have an existential crisis lol

  • 265Kilometres ⭐Dan⭐ (@265Kilometres) reported

@mikeystephens81 @Bell Bell Telecom is an absolute joke, they had my 80-year-old dad paying an $80/month "maintenance fee" for a device he had paid off (despite not offering any service for that fee)

  • kontschak_ Крыса (@kontschak_) reported

@Bell is actually the worst provider my god do I regret switching to them, I barely EVER have service bro what is this

  • BoscUlrich Jeff Johnston (@BoscUlrich) reported

@mikeystephens81 @Bell Left Bell 11 years ago and would 100% never return. Takes at least 3 or 4 phone calls and visits to get anything done correctly.

  • Adam69976741 Adam (@Adam69976741) reported

@Bell_Support anyone else having issues rn

  • JeffkSato JeffSato (@JeffkSato) reported

@mikeystephens81 @Bell They’re all intentionally bad now because you only have one other option and they know it. If you’re a long standing customer you can usually squeeze them a little bit. It’s infuriating

  • mattruss905 Matthew Russell (@mattruss905) reported

@Bell less than 6 months of signing back up with you and already increasing my monthly bill. #canadasworstcompany Thanks for never changing, and ALWAYS screwing your customers over.
