@Bell_Support ...I fix Bell's mistake and return these erroneously mailed devices. And being told that I may get a discount on my bill, BUT only after I mail back Bell's mistake?!?! How is that NORMAL customer service? Think I'll get new devices this week, from Rogers, if that's how Bell acts.

@Bell_Support Is this your normal customer experience? Should I have to follow up the tech guy who doesn't show up on the scheduled appointment for fixing the internet? Starting from Monday until now.

@ethanleppsucks @Bell Bell doesn't throttle websites. Been a customer for a long long time (even with DSL). Wi-Fi is unreliable in your case, use ethernet.

@Bell 24 hours now, your fibre optic shows 1.9mg down when I have the 1 G plan. Your call Centres are useless, I had to find out on social media you’re having issues. Bell rep clearly lied when I asked about issues. #Halifax.

This is the second time an @bell employee has tried to use extortion tactics "if you cancel your service now we won't repay the credit owed to you for overpayment".
