@LetHopePrevail @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell I don't see anything in that ruling that prevent Bell or another one of the big players to charge more to their customers than what other smaller players pay for access to the network. It's a ruling to guarantee access to the network at a certain price.

So my boyfriend was on the phone with a higher representative at @Bell mobility the other day, and he LITERALLY fell asleep! I have video evidence. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me. He finally woke up, groggy and we had to hang up & call back after an hour of waiting.
