@Bell I have 50 Mpbs internet connection and have no problems at all. Ethernet always makes gaming better.

@Bell_Support Thank you for your fist reply. I just have an update in chat. Bell seems to have a major outage in Carignan for dozens of customers since June 22 ( ticket BELL PD97244) . Apparently it will stay down during 4 days :( Is there any public website where we can follow the progress?

had a cable fall during a severe windstorm the other day and let @Bell know so they could fix it - they sent a tech out today who did put the cable back up and also disconnected our internet 🙃 i guess lucky for us that we don’t use them for our phone service

@Bell very frustrating when I’m getting the run around by customer support and your loyalty support program. Agreed upon an order/plan and now apparently it’s not available all within less the 12hrs…
