@Bell_Support Dear @Bell_Support - I am just off the phone w/ @Bell customer person - she was magically able to take July 1 movie fee off Oct 5 “current bill” & amount owing immediately reduced. I find it odd it took this long to re-imburse for something not downloaded. Tnx 4 contacting me.

@Bell_Support what’s going on with my internet? I live in London ON & I have continuous buffering, nothing is loading. It’s so painfully slow. I can’t believe the amount of money I pay for this lousy service.

@Bell_Support So, I have a landline that I never use (I don’t even have a landline phone to plug-in.) is it possible to enable call forwarding without a physical device to call *72? Or a way to have access to the phone line on my phone? Like VoIP?

@HeBuildsTransit @Bell No, there is no easement. Our corner of 4 new homes were all built together and they never put in internet connection - so now the two other homes and ours all have wires running along the fence, but this neighbour was not happy with that line so requested a new line.

@Bell_Support @Bell Such a shame you don’t even bother to address customer grievances. Stop leeching off of people. Shame on you to not even contact customers having issues

@Bell_Support @Bell There was no wait for service this afternoon either. All is good now on my side (I’ll check my Visa Bill of course!). Happy Thanksgiving all.

@Bell_Support @Bell Shame on your service. Charge people astronomical amount for US roaming. Pathetic internet speed after 1GB. Mobile data is literally unusable. No wonder people are fed up with the monopoly. These are on top of ludicrous monthly bills. Moving to a diff provider

@Bell_Support This is a bell box not Rogers. Nice try though. A bell technician came out in the Spring pretending to fix it because I had already made a complaint.

Anybody have a good lean on family phone plans in NB? @Eastlink doesn't carry the Pixel 7 and won't let me BYOD it because reasons (very frustrating). @Bell appears to throttle ALL streaming down to 480p unless you buy an addon (WTF?), and is also way more expensive. Lame.
