    @Bell_Support Thank you for your fist reply. I just have an update in chat. Bell seems to have a major outage in Carignan for dozens of customers since June 22 ( ticket BELL PD97244) . Apparently it will stay down during 4 days :( Is there any public website where we can follow the progress?

    had a cable fall during a severe windstorm the other day and let @Bell know so they could fix it - they sent a tech out today who did put the cable back up and also disconnected our internet 🙃 i guess lucky for us that we don’t use them for our phone service

    @Bell_Support when i call the company they tell me there’s nothing they can do. you have to understand people are dealing with massive inflation, but wages are not being raised to reflect the raising prices. y’all can’t wait 3 extra days until i get paid. **** YOU
