Hey there @Bell you have brutal customer service. Spoke to two different agents today. The first one did not follow through on anything from our discussion and the second told me how policies work there and I was misinformed from a previous agent. Glad I’ve canceled

Against my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

@Bell That’s just the standard response I’ve seen all day on Twitter. Can we have a real update please as this is a joke of a service now.

@Bell @Bell_Support You guys suck! I can’t believe you are still in business. @rogers is a far better company with great service. If anyone is considering opening an account with bell think again. Please!!

@TorontoUltra @Bell I complained bitterly, for years, Bell was throttling my bandwidth, no they said it was not bandwidth it was a speed problem. Things would improve for a week or 2 then back to normal. Now they say they have the best bandwidth in the business, it’s just smoke and mirrors.

@Bell_Support you guys are just terrible. I’m looking to open a new account and after two hours in a bell store and 55 minutes on the phone with 5 different people I’m still not done. They keep transferring me to the wrong department. I’m going to @rogers much better company!

@Bell_Support Hi! Can you have Expressvu without a PVR? I believe FIBE needs it, but my Parents have Expressvu, and have been having problems with constant recording by accident, preventing them from being able to watch. Can they call and have the PVRs removed?

@Bell security is too lax Residential × Business pay the same Same service... but the consumer isn't offered any security 🤔 Outdated system in 2017 lead to 1.9M users compromised. You haven't invested in enterprise lvl security or software, nor do u train emp. 2 recognize it

@globalnews Along with all necessary work, I hope Canada and it’s government will work on the major internet/tv/cable providers (so @Bell & @Rogers) to reduce the service fees. It’s super expensive but not greatest service. We need internet but the fee is so expensive.

@Bell as an aging relic.... your infrastructure is outdated. Routers easily compromised. 1000,2000, 3000 series have been quite flawed. - over seas tech support represent very easy opportunity to phish. No sms verification. Foreign competitors in market have this simple feature
