-
Brenda Jeffs (@BrendaJeffs) reported from Clarington, OntarioAgainst my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡
-
Sean McLaughlin (@seanchicago) reported from Clarington, Ontario@Bell this is the 4th time I’ve called support for them just to cut off the connection
-
Aaron Nelson (@aaron2therink) reported from Clarington, OntarioHey there @Bell you have brutal customer service. Spoke to two different agents today. The first one did not follow through on anything from our discussion and the second told me how policies work there and I was misinformed from a previous agent. Glad I’ve canceled

-
BobbyKRoberts (@KKorncob) reported@Bell_Support @DrKateTO WILL NEVER USE @Bell ever again!!!
-
Shelley Foley (@shelley_foley) reported@Bell Can barely get a connection some days on the top floor of our house. Can’t watch a show because of the skipping and can’t get a signal to get on the internet. Having to reset the box at least once a week when the main box is in a not easy accessible place but Bell won’t move it
-
Sian Morris 🇨🇦🏴 #IStandWithTrudeau (@SianMorris20) reported@ChouffotSharney @Bell_Support @DrKateTO One idiot serviceman does not a company make. Bell like every communication tech company out there is struggling to find technicians to meet demand. Obviously this guy has some kind of a problem. Once they track down the technician sure there will be consequences.
-
VinnyR (@VinnyR16687452) reported@asquared20me @Bell_Support @DrKateTO I guess it’s up to Bell to decide if your are being ridiculous, or the homeowner/customer is the ridiculous one. I’ve already decided.
-
left.handed.right.brained (@asquared20me) reported@DoolanJulia @DrKateTO @Bell Yes she can request and they can refuse. Who needs the service? Why r u forcing your views on other ppl. Just wear a mask yourself. Its so easy as you say. Ur mask protects u.
-
Wendy 🇨🇦 (@perfectrose2011) reported@DrKateTO @Bell Just called there and the receptionist is going to call the inspectors giving my condo # and address, date of the inspection and that I request a mask is worn. She said it will not be a problem. Now I can be relaxed about that. 😌
-
Hardly Shocked (@NotOftenShocked) reported@VeganSteve420 @DrKateTO @Bell It doesn’t improve customer service, it belittles the tech. Some jobs take much longer than an hour. You should open your own telecom company and hire all the mask wearing techs you’d like. Imagine how busy you’d be. 🙄
-
Julia (@DoolanJulia) reported@asquared20me @DrKateTO @Bell 1/ Nobody said his situation didn’t matter. He could have been respectful and not had a tantrum. His behaviour when asked to mask while entering someone else’s home was an issue. It’s sad you only see the side of entitlement to not mask while entering someone else’s home.
-
left.handed.right.brained (@asquared20me) reported@DoolanJulia @DrKateTO @Bell You're believing one side b/c that's the narrative u want to believe. From the pic he already did some work so what diff would a mask have made at that point. End of the day she has a useless wire sticking out the wall. Who won? She still has no service.

Adam Snider (@snides11) reported@gstq8 @DrKateTO @Bell Shut ******** up
