And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

-
Justin S (@thej_schro) reported@POW2112 @CraveCanada @Bell BBUS moving homes was inevitable. There’s no way another network was going to allow a popular franchise like BB to go un-monitized in Canada. That said I’m glad the deal also includes BBCAN.
-
Andy Potter (@aap53) reported@soul_supplier @Rogers @Bell 100%. I have the same issue and with the whole house connected, it’s totally unacceptable.
-
ISIKO ISAAC (@isaac_isiko) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Man, it’s honestly so annoying. Last month I was expecting a bill of like $90, then boom — they send me $260, with over $80 just labeled as “others”. I’ve never left Canada, never made international calls, nothing. When I called, it was just automated nonsense.
-
Therese (@theresemacdona6) reported@Bell I’ve spoken to at least 8 agents but possibly more today! This is a day I’ll never get back. Then the guy in billing says his computer is having problems! And he’s with @Bell!! If I could see the CEO now I would. I’m bloody furious! I’ve given my name, dob, account # til I’m sick
-
dearappauthors (@dearappauthors) reported@bell will you refund everyone for tonight's outage? And did you send a notification to people that you were going to take the network down for the evening?
-
Ash (@Ash1589488) reported@TorontoKOI @Bell This is the worst org I have ever seen, how do you drop you best player, and keep the worst?????????
-
Brent Laing (@blaing99) reportedI’m not a screenwriter, but I gotta think you could make a killer comedy out of the @Bell customer service experience. The live calls and behind the scenes possibilities are endless. And the jokes basically write themselves. It’s just such a wild experience start to finish🤯

Hightea🍁 (@Highteaspeaks) reportedToday Today, @Bell must lose me as a customer 😭 My condo comes with internet, My workplace has Wi-Fi, I barely travel these days, Yet somehow I’m paying over $90/month for a phone plan, meanwhile I own my phone. My target is to cut that bill by at least 65 or 70% and I must do it TODAY! Canadians, please help me, which carrier gives 20–30GB monthly without requiring me to donate a kidney or any vital *****😭 I’m trying to redirect Bell’s Free Lunch into my investment portfolio🫠
