Julie (@JustJulieD1212) reported@Bell_Support Hey we have 2 Bell downed wires in our backyard and your technical service is telling me I’ll have to pay a fee to get them removed. If you don’t remove them without charging me don’t worry I’ll cut them myself and you can deal with the outages that it will cause.

iamouttahere 🇨🇦🍁☘️ (@iamouttahere) reportedRogers is tremendously expensive! So is @Bell. Frankly, my calls throughout Northern Ontario are spotty at best, and often drop with both. There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!

Adam Pfeffer (@AdamJPfeffer) reported@redman_mather @Bell_Support @SpaceX There’s really no way around it anymore I think. Took this unit to the maritimes and have 0 dropped service even in the most remote area of NB

Irene Woike 🇨🇦🇩🇪 (@ChristelPeter1) reported@Stephbujo @nath_beauregard @Bell Not just Bell, Telus is the same. They tried to tell me I never sent them the equipment back ( that after some Telus goof tried to make me believe the Canada Post will come driving out to the sticks and pick it up ) luckily I didn’t believe him and sent it by registered mail. Took me almost 3 months and many phone calls and a lot of grandstanding by Telus before they finally stopped being jerks.

Adarsh (@whois_adarsh) reported@Bell customer service is unbelievably bad. I have an auto credit applied to my account that keeps getting randomly deactivated every month, and I have to call again and again to get it fixed. Multiple calls, hours wasted, still no permanent resolution. Do better

Herrichtig78 (@Mike43781977) reported@nath_beauregard @Bell @Bell sucks, I would never go back to them for home services, there internet sucks the most, the fastest speed they can only offer is 50mps, I asked about fibre and they don’t have a date as of yet
-
Abin (@abindaspk) reported@Bell we have been having Internet issues for several hours now, talked to two different executives and did not get the help needed.
-
Steph (@Stephy_72) reported@RogersHelps the amount of poor reps taking calls and lying with promos. Telling me the bill will be high and will balance the next month. It’s worth to payout the penalty and go to @Bell since they just came to my door!$85 internet & TV

Fred Pinner 🏴☠️ (@ABean858) reported@nath_beauregard @Bell It's a pain in the ***, but every few years I cancel Rogers and sign up with Bell, just to get Rogers to call me back with the better deal. Sometime I have to go back and forth 2-3 times until they won't go lower.
