    @Bell_Support so got my installation this afternoon and it has gotten worse and worse. Internet is barely 20mbps hardwired to the computer. Tv don’t work for more than a few seconds. And no one answers at tech support.

    @Bell_Support since upgrading to IOS 14 the bell Fibe tv app won’t cast to my TV using my home router (bell Wi-Fi doesn’t connect to my room- hence router that acts as an extender). This is not the way it worked before the IOS update. Is this a known issue that will be resolved

    @CRTCeng @Bell @Bell_Support I'm SUPER impressed *sarcasm* with having to chase people for answers. Crew was booked yesterday by BTS on speaker phone. Next day bookings mean something ACTUALLY requires swift resolution.

    @CRTCeng How is @Bell @Bell_Support allowed to continue to operate with no call centers that can actually address issues, on the ground in Canada? No show crew means I have to call SE Asia, who tell me they have no access to local systems, cannot contact cabling mgmt...

    @Bell @Bell_Support I was supposed to have a local crew here at 5 PM. No call. No show. **** show on 310BELL. It's helpful to actually have local humans, who can address local matters.

    Was just informed that if I cancel my current service I would have to wait 6 months to eligible for the current offer, which may not even be available. Not sure I'll be around much longer @Bell_Support
