@Bell That’s just the standard response I’ve seen all day on Twitter. Can we have a real update please as this is a joke of a service now.

Against my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

Hey there @Bell you have brutal customer service. Spoke to two different agents today. The first one did not follow through on anything from our discussion and the second told me how policies work there and I was misinformed from a previous agent. Glad I’ve canceled

@Bell_Support Guys. You run a telephone network. Why is it that EVERY SINGLE TIME I call support I get redirected to Aliant when I am an ON customer, entirely because of my area code? I've just wasted 20 minutes on the phone and still not reached an appropriate agent!!!

@alagacedowson @Bell_Support Bell is a monopoly...unfortunately for their customers, they don't have to offer particularly good service to have plenty of customers.

@intrnetdaughter @Bell_Support Bell and Rogers have a virtual monopoly on wireless services in Canada; to such an extent that when I tell family who live overseas what cell service costs here, they laugh - because they think I'm joking.

@Bell_Support I know this isn't the fault of any single customer service rep, but the company needs to account for this at some point, I've literally lost hours of my life to this issue with no attempt made to fix it.

Hey @Bell any Idea when we can get better internet and cell network in London ON. When I got the connection I was told within 6 months. That was in the beginning of 2019. I am sick of calling your customer service every 15 days and yet your ads says best network in Galaxy.

@Bell any chance you can help out those of us who don’t have “unlimited” wireless due to location? We have 350gb/month and this is the second month in a row we’ve hit our limit 2 weeks in due to working/schooling from home. We can’t afford overage again. Stop school? Don’t work?
