And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

There's a problem, there's no problem, it's your phone, it's your SIM, 100's of people have the same problem, oh, I'm only seeing 2 tickets in the last 2 weeks. Not trustworthy. @SamsungCanada looking like it's a software issue.

They give me appointments but don’t dispatch them. Wasted days waiting for technician. One agent wouldn’t patch me through to her supervisor! @CRTCeng
