@Bell_Support DM sent, hoping you guys can figure out what these Error Codes actually mean and how to fix em, you got 24hours before we call Rogers. And no we will not be paying our bill unless this is resolved once and for all.

@Bell #bellsupport Your website says no outage in my area but nothing is working. The call center says there is an outage, on your website not , and like a joke agent says give us 24-48 hrs to fix the issue. Everyone is #workingfromhome

@Bell_Support Our 4th tech in one month this morning. Internet fixed for 6 hours and out again. Expected to wait 24 hours for another tech. Who probably also won’t fix the problem.

Haven't even set up my @Bell_Support Fibe Internet yet and they're already causing me an inordinate amount of problems. I guess things can only go up from here yet?
