My wife is currently on a chat with an @Bell_Support agent and while I’m not a huge fan of @RogersHelps either, the leve of service and customer engagement is pathetic

@Bell Can barely get a connection some days on the top floor of our house. Can’t watch a show because of the skipping and can’t get a signal to get on the internet. Having to reset the box at least once a week when the main box is in a not easy accessible place but Bell won’t move it

@TELUS Oh sorry, I wasn’t clear. My iPhone said 5G, but theirs said 5G+. Why don’t I get 5G+ on @TELUS? Does @Bell have a better network?

@JackGegg @FreedomMobile @Bell Perfect, I have no interest in leaving the city, therefore I shouldn't pay a higher phone bill for a network service I'm not using.

@Bell how can it be that your internet is down again… I just had a RANDOM 1 hour disconnection display in error code 2000…. Why is it that I’m expected to pay you for services that can’t even stay up and running…. Pathetic

@Bell_Support So you want to take this discussion behind closed doors @bell? That information is not what’s stated in my Contract. We can agree to leave it there as the complaint is logged with @CCTS_CPRST to investigate and represent #missold #Canada #poorcustomerservice

@VeganSteve420 @DrKateTO @Bell Your first sentence was fair. I won’t disagree. But telling me the mask is going to improve, or prevent the deterioration of their health is just garbage. Masks don’t stop aerosol spread, just droplets. Masks promote bacterial pneumonia. Has wearing a mask always been required?

@Bell_Support @DrKateTO Hi Bell, This is how you fix this: 1. Apologize 2. Fire the technician for inexcusably bad customer service 3. Complete the work order to customer's satisfaction within 24 hours at no charge 4. Provide a credit on their bill for the next 3 months 5. Apologize again.
