My wife is currently on a chat with an @Bell_Support agent and while I’m not a huge fan of @RogersHelps either, the leve of service and customer engagement is pathetic

@RogersHelps The only credit I got was $20 from the mass outage in the fall, and a tiny discount on service. Why shouldn't I go to @Bell? no one in my building has issues with them, and they've given me a massive incentive to sign with them. just wanted to avoid the new account set up, but...

@Bell's customer service is incredibly inefficient. I signed up for a plan over a year ago. I have been overbilled by $25/month for OVER A YEAR. I've called today for the 9th time (almost 1/month) to try and get this rectified, without luck!

@RogersHelps internet came back for 3 full hours, woohoo, down again! Come on @Bell_Support I need higher speed in my area so I can make the change, 25mbs doesn’t cut it

@Bell As a longtime Bell customer, you guys need to seriously work on prices. $210 a month for my cell and internet is outrageous.
