My wife is currently on a chat with an @Bell_Support agent and while I’m not a huge fan of @RogersHelps either, the leve of service and customer engagement is pathetic

And being told ‘oh I’ve never heard of this’ 2x I finally get to someone who says @Bell_Support will ‘try’ to activate my phone. But since I’m calling them on my old phone, I’m advised that my SIM card in the old phone will get deactivated and drop the call. So I ask.. 2/

@Bell_Support Thanks Bell. Heads up that the neighbourhood has many broken, damaged, and repaired poorly boxes (do you normally use garbage bags and zip ties to fix these?) I’ll keep you updated on my walks...

So.. received my new @bell phone from @Bell_Support. I inserted the SIM card that arrived with the new phone. SIM card appeared to be locked, and I was unable to activate it online (as the instructions said to). So I call their support team. After being transferred twice.. 1/
