    My wife is currently on a chat with an @Bell_Support agent and while I’m not a huge fan of @RogersHelps either, the leve of service and customer engagement is pathetic

    @Bell_support @Bell_Aliant @Bell for home internet connection. Poor customer service. Technician came late to my grandnephew's apartment then left without connecting the internet saying he'd return at 5 pm. How screwed is that? Hello! paging a responsible person to fix this!

    @Bell_Support i’m sending this on behalf of my mother and am not a co user. she is still being charged for a service she asked to be removed last sept 2020 abs is getting the run around. it needs to be fixed asap

    @Bell_Support . I have no problems tweeting out any complaints I may have about this company or that because it tends to get at least some sort of response. That being said, I also like to send out applause when it's merited and this time it definitely is.

    @MonzerSkeik @Bell_Support Monzer, sorry to hear this is happening to you. Unfortunately I have heard of his same situation happening to many @Bell_Support customers. My suggestion to the fix the situation would be to switch to Rogers

    @Bell_Support hello, I made a preorder of the galaxy z fold 3 on August 18th last, I received a confirmation of my order the same day with a delivery of 2 to 5 days, unfortunately I have not received anything so far. is it a device supply issue

    @Bell is now losing all 4 of us rather than retaining a loyal customer (paying more per month by the way!) over $50? I really don’t get that! Terrible way to keep customers.
