420420 (@four421twenty) reported@DemorestKe48215 @Reil76 @Bell 90% of the time its the modem going bad, usually they only last 2-3 years. Threaten to move to another company unless they replace that modem and discount your service.
-
BK 💙 (@cdnaussielover) reported@Bell_Support our business internet has been down since Friday. Support is saying it’s a bad update to the modem. No solutions have been provided and we’re still down.
-
Terry (@TerryVoice22) reported@Bell_Support I have been on the phone for 1 hr and 10 minutes for support. The new PVR you sent me is not working. She is telling me to do the same thing over and over and said she can’t send a technician! I’m about to switch to another provider if you can’t solve this problem!!
-
Laura Flipper (@77ai22) reported@Bell_Support @harbourtechx I'm having this problem too. I'm entering the correct information.
-
Leslie Ball 🐶 (@LeslieBall29) reported@Bell_Support Twice. We reboot 5 times or so a week to keep things running smoothly (ridiculous). This service is causing us major issues.
-
NS (@kojam2022) reported@Bell_Support Just checked the app and see a notice that you're doing planned network maintenance. I have done backbone IT support for some BIG providers over the years. Never would/could we disrupt service. You don't have fail over or redundancy to mininmalize disruption? 😡
-
Jenifer Lanes (@LovesCheese1) reported@Bell Why don't you guys just fix it? It is a well known glitch.
-
Kelly Demorest (@DemorestKe48215) reported@Reil76 @Bell I have Cogeco. I switched from Bell. When you have problems, they're all the same. ***. Just saying

Dan Levy ✡ דניאל אליהו בן מאניש דוד (@TheDanLevy) reported@Aaron_Rosenthal @CTV @Bell They’re just reprinting a Canadian Press wire service story & headline Canadian Press is owned jointly by 3 major Canadian media companies: Globe & Mail, Torstar Corp, & Square Victoria Communications Group (which owns La Presse). CTV/Bell are only guilty of laziness here

AlexTri (@AlexTri333) reported@Bell If I DM what do you expect me to share with you? Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing? Do you just have the virtual assistant?
