only one week as a @Bell customer and my head is about to explode 🤯 when trying to ask a question you need to let the person finish asking the question before you try to answer by reading the prompts on your screen. Thinking about ending my contract before my 15 days r up

@Bell_Support Asked to speak with someone who would know or be able to push the possibility of me getting fibe and nothing. There’s no one I can speak to. It’s ridiculous. I’m literally begging for your service and y’all aren’t doing anything about it.

@Bell Disappointment with the service. Booked transfer of the service almost 3 weeks before we were moving to a new place. Managed entire schedule of move in day according to the time given by Bell. Technician never showed up on 1st May and upon calling them they had no answer.

@Eastlink wtf is going on?! I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes to speak with someone. In that time I’ve dealt with @Bell on three different issues. Kinda sad. I’m also paying more than Bell charges. I guess it’s for the added benefit of terrible customer service? Thanks, as always!
