My wife is currently on a chat with an @Bell_Support agent and while I’m not a huge fan of @RogersHelps either, the leve of service and customer engagement is pathetic

@Bell_Support my internet has not been working since yesterday. It cut out of a job interview I had and I can’t even complete my school work. This is ridiculous. Your service is awful and unreliable.

So after calling @Bell @Bell_Support support about issues I am having regarding there internet and other issues, the company decide to act petty and now a red light is flashing on my device. Honestly who do you talk to resolve poor service. I have never missed a bill payment.
