My wife is currently on a chat with an @Bell_Support agent and while I’m not a huge fan of @RogersHelps either, the leve of service and customer engagement is pathetic

@Bell installation yesterday of wi-fi, FibeTV & home phone. Technician walks in the door, puts a receiver under the tv, stashes a modem in a closet, gives us our username/password and walks out the door. No HDMI cable, no tv, no phone. Nothing works. Worst experience ever 😔

Bell internet is TRASH. So if y’all think moving from rogers to bell is going to make you happier you are mistaken. I would gladly take an outage day or 3 versus the **** wifi I currently have. **** I tell you. @Bell_Support I’m going back to Rogers for good.

what a disappointing customer service frm @Bell_Support been fighting to honor d agreement for 6mons & was told again to wait 5 business days from today. Unfortunately Canadians hve to suffer cause telecom companies does nt have much competition so they can do whatever they want!
