My wife is currently on a chat with an @Bell_Support agent and while I’m not a huge fan of @RogersHelps either, the leve of service and customer engagement is pathetic

@Bell I’m cancelling my home internet and cable service with Bell this week. I cannot afford nor justify $185 per month for basic services. This is day light robbery!

@Bell_Support @Bell Back in Dec I was offered an upgrade to 20 GB of shareable data between 2 phones. However I keep getting billed pay-per-use on one of the phones. I called last month & it was supposedly “resolved”. But it happened again today. I contacted support again today…

@Bell Really frustrated here - I have TV & Internet with Bell and my cell with Virgin (post monthly paid). For some strange reason I can't transfer my Virgin ac over to Bell even though Bell Mobility is the service both use! I'm a long time customer of BOTH services, 20+w/Bell.ca

@Bell_Support @Bell I’ve worked on (and *run*) help desks before so I’m *always* nice to support staff when I call in. But I really don’t appreciate 1) being billed incorrectly, and 2) being put on hold for 20+ minutes and then hung up on.
