    Moved away from @Bell because of their abysmal customer service... turns out @Cogeco is no better sooo going back to Bell where at least their hardware isn't insecure. I'd advise you stop using Cogeco immediately.

    @Bell_Support internet is down at don mills and st Dennis. I restarted my modem many times still not working. it keeps saying user error and the internet is down. please fix

    @Bell_Support And to top it off the customer service asked us to hang up and reset phone, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE IF I HANG UP! VERY PROFESSIONAL NOT!

    @Bell_Support Hey there-- I need some help-- I've talked to 4 reps in the last 3 weeks to resolve my issues. I've even filled out the form when I can't get resolution, and they've not contacted me either! Who can I speak to to rectify my messed up billing/services?
