Thank you @Bell @Bell_Support for being such a pain and not helping me out for the last four months, I will have to take my mobile account away from you since you don’t care for customer service. I know I’m a small account

@Bell_Support WHY THE F*** DO YOU MORONS HAVE TO PUT A CALL CENTER IN A COUNTRY WHOS NATIVE LANGUAGE ISN'T EVEN ENGLISH. HEARING ROOSTERS IN THE DAMN BACKGROUND.

  • JohnTurleyEwart John Turley-Ewart, PhD, MBA (Hons.) (@JohnTurleyEwart) reported

@35Ayres @Rogers Bell is as bad. @Bell_Support I used its online chat sales to order a new phone, internet, security. TV, etc. When it came time to deliver Bell just shrugged and said we lost the order. Gave them a pdf of the whole sales transcript. They shrugged. "Not my dept" wasted hours.

  • MrSeventy8 MrSeventy8 (@MrSeventy8) reported

@AdamBoulet @Bell_Support 100% but my gripe is countless automated errors that give credence to Bell's reputation. I'm convinced its a steady revenue they rely on. Clients simply not wanting to put up a fuss over 20$ and pay it. Not like Bell actively sends out "sorry we made a mistake" checks.

  • Brianwbuss Brian W. Buss (@Brianwbuss) reported

@brianvendramin @Bell Good God!! What... for just a phone plan??? Cheryl pays $22/month... talk and text... no data... I pay $51/month... roaming always off.. never pull data over cell lines... always use WiFi connections... you pay for what you use.... use less.. pay less... bad Bell..

  • MrSeventy8 MrSeventy8 (@MrSeventy8) reported

@Bell_Support @AdamBoulet I get that these things get automated and as a result are more difficult to catch, but the fact these kinds of issues have been a staple to how Bell operates is a bigger issue than you let on.

  • AdamBoulet Adam Boulet (@AdamBoulet) reported

@MrSeventy8 @Bell_Support I’m willing to be ok with mistakes happening. I get it. What I don’t get, is having to explain the problem to two Bell employees who couldn’t just look at it and come to the only conclusion that makes any sense. I insist that I paid that last bill for $0 on time.
