Thank you @Bell @Bell_Support for being such a pain and not helping me out for the last four months, I will have to take my mobile account away from you since you don’t care for customer service. I know I’m a small account

@Bell_Support I would prefer you simply fixed the issue. Today was a 4th day I took off work for installation. Waited my 4 hrs time slot to be told appt has been rescheduled to tomorrow which I can’t take another day off work. Back to Rogers I guess.

Interesting publicity for @bell when the number one radio show (that they own!) in the country can’t manage guests because our phone service is such garbage. When will governments wake up and put some pressure on them to invest? @OverDrive1050

And when @Bell doesn’t fix the installation carried out by their representatives for 3-4 months and customer decides to switch to other provider. The representatives donot provide correct information and send an unexpected final bill.

@CanadiensMTL @Bell I escaped? I failed?? Good lord, stop the presses, that's just feeble... how about "I'm on a breakaway"? and, "The ice was really bad..." You're welcome.

@evagurly @koodo @Bell Absolutely. I’d have my e-mails written and ready to go if not already sent. I think they should have already given you a balance of data based on your usage already. People are just sick and tired of paying premium prices for poor product and ****** service

@Bell_Support called three months ago to have a bell box moved. Was told 4 different times someone was coming now my contractor is here and no one ever showed. Absolutely ridiculous. No access to my backyard because of this and now I pay. Thanks a lot! NEVER using a bell product

@rogers and @Bell need to quit with sending these young folks door to door trying to get folks to switch between their terrible, overpriced services. We made our choices, live with it.
