Shut down or not, if your bottom line wasn't affected, pay back the Fed money. Avg CDN will be on the hook for decades.

  @Bell So, I left Bell because of the bad service and funky, ever changing pricing. I came back on the promise of great internet etc. My second bill just came and Bell is trying to charge me installation again! Make it right and knock off the surprise charges! #ENOUGH
