    Hey @Bell_Support you just tried calling me. I refused to answer. Unless you are calling to tell me you have cut your plan prices in half I don’t want to hear from you. I am only a customer cause everyone else in Canada rips consumers off as much as you do.

    Same old story from @Bell_Support. Rural Canadians are just second class citizens. At least they admitted to issues in the area, but refuse to credit me for the time I've paid for no service. #CustomerServiceFail

    @Bell_Support it's been a week since in had anything close to stable service. Your call centre is useless as you have given no consideration to your rural customers. The agent last week literally laughed at my issue and was extremely aggressive. It's time for @Xplornet I think

    @Bell Is anyone else having issues with their tv turning off automatically? I have tried two tvs on my main five box and it is doing to both tvs. Now, it is happening on all my receivers. It started just after the outage a few weeks ago. Concerned there is/was a virus issue.
