Hey @Bell_Support you just tried calling me. I refused to answer. Unless you are calling to tell me you have cut your plan prices in half I don’t want to hear from you. I am only a customer cause everyone else in Canada rips consumers off as much as you do.

@Bell I was also wondering, was I suppose to figure out my own solution since going copper is most certainly not a better option and being told I needed to sign up for a 2 year contract for a mobile hotspot and deal with it until you decide that I should have internet.

@Bell’s new voicemail MMS service sends you a text with an audio recording when you get a VM, so you can listen to it there instead of in the phone app. But you can’t delete it from there. It’s basically just another place on your phone where you need to get rid of a red dot.

Left @Bell and switched to @cogeco and am very pleased. The customer service alone is worth it, but the savings for product quality is incredible.

Just spent an extremely frustrating hour on the phone with Bell trying to sort out our new TV-Internet pkg. My experience -- misrepresented pricing, slow re-crediting of incorrect amounts, and little satisfaction. Won't be recommending them to anyone! @Bell @Bell_Support

I’m still getting heavy packet loss due to bad @Bell_Support network routing to NA servers. Been asking for help from Bell support for DAYS and not one person will look at my MTR results. 1.5 GBs Fiber internet too 😩😩 #VALORANT #packetloss
