Hey @Bell_Support you just tried calling me. I refused to answer. Unless you are calling to tell me you have cut your plan prices in half I don’t want to hear from you. I am only a customer cause everyone else in Canada rips consumers off as much as you do.

I spoke to a manager and was told too bad- nothing they could do and I'd have to go to another company if I wanted use of my phone. That even if the CEO of Rogers was in the North using extended coverage, they'd also have to choose a new provider. Guess I'm going to @Bell 🙌

@Bell_Support A total of one hour and 10 minutes on the phone with support staff today. Two different individuals. Both got disconnected. Neither called me back. Even though I asked the second representative if we got disconnected will they call me back and they said yes.

@Bell why does your internet always fail me after I change something small on my billing. Also a 24 hrs turn around time would be great in a non covid world however, we live in a covid world, where everyone works from home. Now I have to waste a vacation day because I can't work?

@SamsungCanada @Bell so I just got a Samsung s21 plus and you think with the amount we spend on these phones we would get a charging block not have to scour the whole country for one give me a solution please or fix this problem put a new style cord and no block?? Like come on
