It also means that we’re done with being a “smart home” as the @GlobeElectric1 & #Geenie “smart” bulbs lose their intelligence after a power outage and need constant resetting which is beyond frustrating. That, mixed with the bad internet from @Bell means it’s not a good fit 2/2

@Bell your “country satellite” internet sucks. It sucks. Up and down and up and down. You just replaced the modem AND the satellite and it STILL sucks. You’re a joke.

@Bell’s HORRIBLE internet that hasn’t worked for almost TWO weeks means that I’ll need their #BellLetsTalk services next year when I’m in an asylum because I’ve lost my mind trying to get online for work and personal surfing. Glad we’re going with @RogersHelps June 13th. #Byebell

Dear @Bell You've got to be the most painful company I've ever worked with. Your services are minimal and your customer service team is lackluster at BEST. Happy to be switching services in the near future.

@FAN590 while I am glad @MapleLeafs won last night, was disappointed that I had to resort to an off shore stream to watch it. #blackout #sucks @Bell

@Bell PVR’s stutter so much that I’m better off illegally downloading what I’m trying to watch instead of PVR’ing it. Why is my PVR buffering like a YouTube video on horrible wifi?

@Bell_Support cancel my service! It's easy and no one should wait 35mins to so. Horrendous customer service.

@Bell im one transfer away from cancelling. For someone who pays their monthly bill every month for the last decade it is unreal the hoops you need to jump to reach Level 2 of technical support. Why are there so many barriers?

@Bell Screwed me over for a second time! Went with their wireless internet 25mbs, at 350gb speed slows down to 10mbs download. They didn't tell me it also slows upload from 5mbs to 1mbs!!!!! I'm pissed! No streams until further notice!

Decided to switch to @bell today for home service. They gave us an appointment time to set us up between 12-5. It’s now almost 5:30. Would you trust this company with a 2 year contract? #firstimpressions

@Bell unfortunately I had to end service with you because I was moving. Despite being told that I would not be charged the deactivation fee because of circumstances I was charged the fee. I would never return to your service and I would never recommend you to anybody. Dishonest

@Bell Why is so hard to cancel my services with you! I've been on hold for 30 mins while your Customer Service guy "locates" my file? Where does he have to go to get it? Or, is this Bell's corporate greed, keep them on hold, hope they hang up so you can't cancel your services!

Its takes more than 1 hour on call to cancel a service with @Bell_Support . I think your customer service rep just kept me on hold for 50+ mins and took a nap. This is bad for a giant like Bell
