@ThinkSayMakeDo @Bell It shuts itself off or reboots itself (really annoying when you're on a call), it hangs up calls, volume turns itself up & down, battery drains fairly quickly, it freezes frequently. I'll never buy Samsung again.

3) We were then without internet which took 24 hours and an hour of being on hold to fix. Set up another appointment and they were to come today and have everything done and we were told it would only take an hour. I call to confirm and I’m told someone will be there b4 5. @Bell

@Bell_Support Sorry but I am not dealing with this anymore today. Wasted my afternoon with this. Took 3 chats and 4 calls to get an explanation as to why the tech did not show up. One thing I can say is that if the appt is rescheduled then at the minimum, the customer should be advised.
