@FAN590 while I am glad @MapleLeafs won last night, was disappointed that I had to resort to an off shore stream to watch it. #blackout #sucks @Bell

@Bell_Support where can we see a map of an outage

  • dhoefkens67 Drew Hoefkens (@dhoefkens67) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

Dear @Bell You've got to be the most painful company I've ever worked with. Your services are minimal and your customer service team is lackluster at BEST. Happy to be switching services in the near future.

@RogersHelps @Riginalredhead Don't bother replying. They feed you garbage and don't fix anything. I've had ongoing problems for a few years off and on. Just waiting for the day I can switch to @Bell fine. Rogers sucks!!

  • Kelly79998198 imnobody (@Kelly79998198) reported

@Bell Dear Bell. I’ve been a customer of yours for over 30 years. I’ve already cancelled my internet and cable . And now all my cell phones because of crappy customer service. Going with Rogers instead. Your operators didn’t seem to care.

  • IanSerotaRE Ian Serota (@IanSerotaRE) reported

@bell @Bell_Support why is it taking 13 days to get a remote? Why is this so hard to do? Why is it I called Dec 23 for a new remote but the system is showing Dec 26? Were you guys trying to fail on purpose?

  • ChubbyKay Kurry Fiddler (@ChubbyKay) reported

@Bell_Support greetings, I'm wondering if there's a service disruption in the Scarborough, ON area? Help a father out with 3 kids needing the net please.

  • KarenDaynard Karen Daynard (@KarenDaynard) reported

@EricLiptonNYT It's ridiculous. I've never had better service from @Bell than after I cancelled my account. I guess they didn't believe me when I told them I would. I still get crappy Internet (being rural Ontario) but at least I'm only paying 1/3 the price of Bell.

  • avanbarn Angela van Barneveld (@avanbarn) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support Wow! I have been online over an hour trying to suspend my cell service for a couple of months. Going to cost $30/m to have no cell service - really?!?! US carriers offer better rates for all of NA. Thoughts?

  • Seanster73 Sean Harris (@Seanster73) reported

@Monster_Truck_ @Bell @Bell_Support Bell is typically good, but seems like maybe not in your area, which is a shame. In context, I'm in northern Ontario and have 350/10 and it's always on. You should be a GB all the time. Have you looked into Rogers? My brother in law has them. Super fast (horrible company)

  • hardasamother exhausted mom (@hardasamother) reported

Also, @Bell_Support I can’t believe the hate you guys receive on this app. I appreciate any help that customer service can provide, especially during a pandemic. Keep it up 💪🏼

  • reilly_saso Reilly Saso (@reilly_saso) reported

Part 2 @bell says that since we got cut off on October 28th and I never called back that I am still on the hook for the $217.00, even though I just paid a $300.00 bill at my new address for, you guessed it, my new service. This is an OUTRAGE.
