    It would be great if @TSN_Sports #TSNDirect worked. Instead I get a bunch of spinning wheels followed by errors. Doesn’t matter if I’m on wifi, 5G or LTE. iPad, iPhone, & PC on each channel. Why have I paid for this if I can’t use it? I see it’s not just me. @Bell_Support

    @bell @Bell_Support Hi Bell, I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ years. On June 2nd I called customer care for a two device upgrade, one iPhone 12 and 1 iPhone 12 Pro Max, as well as two bring your own devices. In total I agreed to subscribe to a four device family plan.

    @Bell_Support One, single, individual website isn’t working on my home wifi but every other network can load it just fine. I did a trace route and it’s getting stuck in Quebec. How do I contact someone who can resolve this? Your DNS is broken

    @Bell_Support I am receiving a txt msg on my old phone that does not have a sim card and your technical supports can't seem to do anything. 1st agent told me he created a ticket and the 2nd agent I spoke to claimed the ticket was never made. Quality of support going downhill

    @Bell_Support Start tells me internet down due to problem with Bell line. 2 hrs later, still no internet or call from Bell to discuss issue. Can’t leave the house (must isolate) AND can’t do remote work (will lose money). Welcome to a 21st century 1st world country. 🙄

    @Bell_Support You don't have my "loyalty", you have a monopoly on fiber Internet in this region, I have no other choice. Trying to upsell someone on services they repeatedly declined during the initlal order call when their new service isn't even installed yet is horrific service.

    @Bell_Support @EastSpud 100% agree with you Boyd. My Bell bills consistently go up while the service consistently goes down. It is outrageous but Bell just does not care.

    I've done it... Put in an order for @StarlinkPage. Monthly is $130+tax I can't believe @bell kept trying to upsell me on 50mbps down/10 up for $150+tax. I would have jumped at a $20/mo credit but you still don't think StarLink is a threat to your business.
