    @justmekimhere @Bell Yup because they don’t want to pay money for customers service. Their agent are being paid 7:30 Hours while they have to be present way before their work schedule

    @Bell #Bell cell service was not affected in New Harbour, Guysborough County by the recent hurricane Fiona… you can’t make something worse that is already pitiful service to begin with! At best, on a good day you can get one bar of service on a window sill!

    @ImpairedCRONIC @Bell_Support Techs who are here now believe the issue is in the fibre line coming in to the neighbourhood box and say they will indicate this in their notes…again. They also say they have trouble escalating issues like this, and have been hung up on just like I have been. WTF @Bell !

    @Bell @Bell_Support @Pei Is Bell going to offer credits/discounts to any customers who lost service due to Fiona. Currently at 8 days no power. Can't use internet with no power...

    @Bell_Support is there any issues reported with your FibeTV service? getting stuttering every few minutes on multiple channels, multiple receivers after rebooting them.
