Can't say I've missed the negotiating required to obtain fair rates. They refused to refund me a portion of a final bill when I cancelled, even when confirmed by a Bell tech - thus I never returned.

Bell says she can only cancel if her bill was paid. Now another month gone, another $200+ added. We will have to help her out for this ridiculous hostage taking
