    I'm having issues sending texts through @Bell_Support and I'm frankly weirded out by it. It's neither sending, nor receiving text messages and I'm getting the little loading/sending wheel beside each text I try to send along with an error. I know my bill is paid, so what's up 🤔

    @Bell_Support Sorry, I don't have time to sit on hold for 30-45 minutes. If you are not aware of your problems with @Microsoft and #Windows10, I'm probably subscribing to the wrong service. Your overall rates have soared to the point where I think I should find another provider for TVInternet.

    @sharon_zehr @Bell The worst part was that that's something you hear in school yard not by a professional. In addition, when he said this he put his hand on my shoulder & I told him to never touch me again & my lawyer was so embarrassed by my reaction & then she was mad when when I changed counsel

    I am so fed up with @Bell's terrible service that they are doing nothing to fix. I've been one of their customers for as long as I can remember and their service has degraded in performance year over year. The only option we did have was their DSL server where we got only 1.5Mbps

    Would I recommend @Bell to anyone? Absolutely not, I'm only their customer because I have no other choice, in 3 separate locations. I will drop them in a heartbeat if any other option comes along (@SpaceXStarlink) I've already dropped them in the 2 places where I do have a choice

    @Bell_Support Still on the line. 7th technician. Literally - not an exasperated exaggeration. Level 2 tech now. Let’s see if he’ll be able to figure out why Bell shut down our main line with hundreds of residents in the city dependent on it. Well done.
