  • ClayStThomas 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝙎𝙩. 𝙏𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙨 (@ClayStThomas) reported

Hey @telusmobility started messaging/talking to various reps 3 weeks ago trying to set up a new family/sharing plan to no result. The latest call I was supposed to get this morning did not materialize. Glad you're busy, but I need help. Should I just take the hint & call @Bell ?

  • izzybeari Elizabeth (@izzybeari) reported

@Bell can someone from bell mobility loyalty contact me? I’ve spent 9 hours of the last 24- check my cell records, trying to speak to you about our family account. I’ve been hung up on after each 1 hour wait. I’ve tried the chat function, but they can’t help.

  • Catofsiena Ayn Rand (@Catofsiena) reported

@Bell. You really suck. I can’t even write how awful you are. I guess that you are better than Rogers, but that is a really low bar.

  • ChrysalisChris Chris Hitchcock (@ChrysalisChris) reported

@Bell_Support Thank you. Rebooted the modem. But still issues. Good to know it’s not a widespread outage. Should help us to narrow things down.

  • P3Gerald Peter Gerald Kilayko (@P3Gerald) reported

@Bell_Support No internet or TV at the moment. Do you have service disruptions currently in North York, Ontario?

  • JennyLynneHill Jennifer Hill (@JennyLynneHill) reported

@Bell_Support 3 days without internet. Technician came late yesterday then says coming back tomorrow, no one arrives, box open wires everywhere. We have to follow up with virgin, now saying no one will come until tomorrow. Only after this call were we offered temp data solution

  • greg_rodrigo Greg Rodrigo (@greg_rodrigo) reported

@Bell With working from home, we exceed 350GB, so we are paying $180 a month. I wonder what we would pay if we exceed the cap for the 50Mbps service? Yes, you do have to pay about $600 for Starlink’s equipment, but I can easily recoup that after about a year Thoughts?

  • eevdemon Emmanuel (@eevdemon) reported

@peternowak Hahahahaha the "Gigabit" internet in Toronto by @Rogers is soooooooo slow so much of the time I have to either switch to mobile data or use my neighbours @Bell internet (with permission of course, and it is not much better most of the time). Oh CanadIAN BROADBAND

  • moe_sislak Jerry (@moe_sislak) reported

@Bell_Support Then there should be a better faster solution for the $$$ we pay. Used to be able to walk in and just replace it. So if my main receiver was dead, I would be out of service for days???
