Troy More (@troymore) reported from Saanich, British Columbia@Bell_Support 5G in the Gordon Head area of Victoria BC for the past few days is almost unusable. When working, latency is very high and speeds are very slow. Had to drive to a different area just to send this.

They tried to tell me I never sent them the equipment back ( that after some Telus goof tried to make me believe the Canada Post will come driving out to the sticks and pick it up ) luckily I didn’t believe him and sent it by registered mail. Took me almost 3 months and many phone calls and a lot of grandstanding by Telus before they finally stopped being jerks.

After explaining why I cancelled my service, Randy the manager asked me if I wanted a Bell router. Now he’s told me he’s the highest person I can speak to. The first agent told me to call back if credit wasn't applied; the second agent told me he re-applied the credit. Looks like it's time 2 find a new provider 🤞🏻
