Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
@Bell_Support @Bell Bell is a scam! Don’t fall for it! They will overcharge you for a small problem that they will not going to fix it at all!
@Bell Internet is bullshit. Absolutely terrible service provider. Avoid.
@Bell You are an embarrassment. My service rep for the ever present screen glitches, pixelation, frame freezing, blue screen, etc was based in the Philippines! Wonder why you’re hiring them? Hmm… All Bell customers put up with this and @CRTCeng is part of the problem. Failures.
Hi @Bell_Support - my mobile phone has suddenly stopped working re mobile data. Is there an issue in Downtown Toronto? Have tried to restart my iPhone also.
@Bell please explain to me why everything I call about fibe tv I'm told it's not available? The people in the building owned by my mom company have it, a neighbor 6 doors down, same complex has it. Supposedly my internet is fibe.. but no fibe TV? Yet Roger's can do it?
@Bell @Rogers You both tout your great coverage, but in north Sarnia you cannot even make a simple phone call. I only live a couple of hundred meters from either of your towers and can barely get service in my yard. I'm not the only one. When will you fix Sarnia's service? Thanks
@Bell_Support Sorry, I still have no service in my area. Please help fix this.
I hate you @Bell and your stupid voicemail forwarding crap that I can’t turn off my iPhone
@Bell, Fibe On Demand. We can’t fast-forward or rewind. I’ve read the online articles and forums. It’s b.c. providers want us to watch the commercials. Fine. But if I missed a moment or fell asleep and want to rewind, the only option is to start over. We need a better solution.
@Bell_Support Bell, the worst company in the world. No show today for install. Gives a time window of 8 AM to 5 PM to we may not show up at all. Call Bell, talk to a guy until he gets frustrated with me because I want an answer and he hangs up. Customer service at its finest
