There is an outage affecting Virgin BSL in Ontario and Québec, it is a network issue so there is nothing else to do on our end (connection might be up and down, connected to the modem but no internet) Expected time for repair is 3pm

Today original tech came back and the issue remains unresolved. Called in to the support line I'm being told tech won't be here til September
