@Bell_Support my husband is on the phone with you right now. $30/mo ext warranty didn’t cover anything. Your 3rd party provider demanded affidavits & hoops, declined to service us, & pushed us to the manufacturer, who said you can send us 1000 bucks and the phone. This is 💩

@Bell_Support I've been without proper service since 4:45. Started with pixelated images and garbled sound. I tried a reboot as suggested on your website & haven't been able to get past the blue FIBE screen since. An update on the progress of your efforts to fix this mess would be appropriate.
