TAC (@cdntac) reported@Bell Called last night to try and get help with our dual sat receiver being fuzzy on one tv. Tech help did not know what the word “fuzzy” meant and was confused. I had to define it for him. Entire call was as if I was in a comedy skit. C’mon @Bell. You can do better.

Doesn’t seem like very good customer service. Why keep Bell if other companies value customers. #ripoff
