Made the mistake of ordering a new phone though Bell’s Live Chat service, what a mistake. Its been 3 weeks of calling different numbers just to get a confirmation or tracking # which I still don’t have #stillwaiting @Bell_Support #CustomerService

@saywallahbruhh @Bell Bro I switched from Bell to MNSi before Beyond Light. I was getting outages every day for 2-6 hours. So hard to stream. Now I get MAYBE one outage a week for 30 seconds. Best decision ever dude.

@Bell_Support Hey, I just switched to Bell Fibe 50 today, & my speeds were fine for the first 20 mins but they took a huge nosedive % now they're at 2mbps at best. What gives? I called your support and they told me there was a "12 hr outage while things were updating."

Would I recommend @Bell to anyone? Absolutely not, I'm only their customer because I have no other choice, in 3 separate locations. I will drop them in a heartbeat if any other option comes along (@SpaceXStarlink) I've already dropped them in the 2 places where I do have a choice

I'm talking about latency so high that nothing gets through and it just going down for minuets on end. Totally unacceptable. We've called @Bell_Support and they have done nothing, just like all the other times we've called over the years. All I want is reliable internet.

@Bell_Support Still on the line. 7th technician. Literally - not an exasperated exaggeration. Level 2 tech now. Let’s see if he’ll be able to figure out why Bell shut down our main line with hundreds of residents in the city dependent on it. Well done.
