New cell service is available, I can see the tower from my house but @bell says no service for me, even tho' my neighbour has it. Called @bell - they were supposed to send a tech out to check - 5 days later no sign of them

Rinal (@tco7272) reported@Bell_Support @bell nothing resolved and still no internet. Apparently still won’t be fixed for days. One of their solutions was to go to a friends and use theirs. In a pandemic????? Apparently they also don’t work 24/7 to fix cables that get water in them
