    @Bell_Support I’ve noticed that cell coverage in the HRM area mostly in the outer areas has been terrible and I’m unable to make calls with anything less than three bars. I pay too much to have that bad of coverage is unacceptable I’ll be looking for another provider. Terrible

    @Bell_Support Wow. Your customer support representative just said on the phone “it’s not our fault a transport truck hit the cable.” @cbcgopublic @TheExpositor The police would beg to differ. The cable should never have been low enough to hit. What incredible negligence.

    @brundle_fly @Bell @SpaceXStarlink I am paying $150/month for a 5Mbps DSL circuit that barely gives me 3Mbps down. I am also on the waiting list for Starlink. I am interested to see what happens first, my current ISP upping their game or me getting Starlink.

    @Bell Why do you falsely advertise service availability? I moved based on your false info, now we can't WFH and risking the health of my family. Not cool, especially during pandemic third wave. @CRTCeng needs to end the Rogers / @Bell duopoly.

    @Bell_Support How about to help your considers during COVID, you stop advertising services you can't provide and don't leave people stuck with no internet, forcing them to go into dangerous offices to work.

    Well interesting that @Bell_Aliant / @Bell_Support loyalty tells my sister to not call any more when she’s been 8 months attempting to solve her issue. She purchased same promo bundle as myself when Fibe became available & pays about $50 more.

    @Bell_Support bell is the worst service ever! I am on my 4th set of pods now! So out of the 4 pods, 3 are working and 1 is not. Called in to have it replaced! The rep I spoke to never placed the order!

    @SusanDelacourt @Bell It's amazing how quickly I go from 'let's get this sorted' to 'WTF?!#' when it comes to tech glitches, and I'm not the kinda gal who curses readily. I feel your pain.

    @SusanDelacourt @Bell I was so exasperated by Bell once that I wrote a letter to then-CEO George Cope. One of his flunkies sent me a letter on Dec. 31st to address my complaint, and then - surprise! - decided to close my complaint since I did not respond promptly. Of course, I was away on vacation.🙄

    @SusanDelacourt @Bell I will never deal with Bell again, dropping my landline almost 6 years ago. My previous workplace dropped Bell phone, internet and cell after 20 years. Ignore customer communications for one year. We called in another service provider and they took care of changes.
