  This is @Rogers service for you friends. Zero network since 3 hours, no response on calls, and chat queue number is 80! Kudos to all of us who pay three times the US prices in Canada for such a wonderful service! Way to go @Bell and @virginmobileusa !

  @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

  @Bell_Support hey bell, just curious. if i have a channel in my tv package that i no longer want, do you make it easy to cancel online through your site/app without having to speak to someone? because @RogersHelps certainly doesn’t, and now i’m genuinely considering a big switch.

  @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk you have pathetic sales reps. I spoke to a sales rep mentioning I’m coming from another service provider and he didn’t even let me finish and talking in between. Very rude behaviour. Asking me to be with the current service provider.
