@Bell_Support 3rd day with no service at Vendor Insurance LTD. This is completely unacceptable. I need to speak with someone who has the authority to deal with this before lawyers get involved. My account is 10 years old, this is no way to treat a loyal client.

@Bell_Support It's a general issue, not account specific. You charge 5$ per month to print and mail past bills before June 2019.... No email option for this dinosaur, just a typical inconvenient money grab
