Wow @Rogers has moved all customer service back to Canada. Had many frusting calls to India trying to get @Bell internet to work ~ never again

I know the original investors should gain ROI but it seems that we are making circles and the consumer telecommunications issues are not addressed. @PamelaT89384834 @TekSavvyBuzz The training at Bell is designed to wear you out so you give up on your issue. @bell will leave you on the phone for an entire 8 hour shift and then hang up. Don’t get it twisted, this is taught and supported behaviour.

@Bell Last year when COVID hit, you told us we’re all in this together. You took government wage subsidy funds meant to help struggling small businesses during COVID, you instead increased Shareholder payouts and paid that money out to your shareholders. Pay. It. Back.
