    Wow @Rogers has moved all customer service back to Canada. Had many frusting calls to India trying to get @Bell internet to work ~ never again

    @CRTCeng Bell was supposed to be at this particular address on 3rd July. After waiting & being let down twice eventually put cable in on 17th but didn’t bring any more equipment. Promised to be out today to complete job for tv and internet. Haven’t turned up. @Bell @Bell_Support

    @Reil76 @Bell This is why we need to eliminate the Cellular/Internet/Cable service monopoly we have in Canada. It only serves to promote poor customer service and high rates. It does nothing to support the Canadian consumer and everything for the corporations.

    @Bell I canceled my service with you since December of last year. I called multiple times and messaged as well, everytime I was assured for refund of $7.33, but even after 7 months I don’t have it. I am going to file a CCTS complaint soon if you send me my $

    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.
