    Another challenging day for telecom on #peleeisland Landline down yesterday. ๐Ÿšซ cell service means ๐Ÿšซ internet or any way to call anyone in an ๐Ÿšจ. Huge companies with huge dividends like @Bell can do better for rural + isolated communities. Ask Elon how. #CRTC #connectivity

    @RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well. He responded on more than one occasion โ€œ YES NO PROBLEMโ€ Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. โ€œSorry 2cu goโ€

    @Bell Iโ€™ve now contacted Chat and Escalation phone 7 times. The service is cancelled without an information, no one knows why, and I keep giving my email and phone # for 24-72h call. And I keep not receiving any contacts. Just do better.

    @Bell_Support I'll be going to the store in person tomorrow to have them swapped. I'll still be nice to the employees since it's not their fault at all, but man this has been the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had.
