@Bell your customer service is by far the worst & it keeps getting worse. You have lost all you Canadian customer service values & now have replaced your staff with hard line tough talking rude reps. All for what an extra charge You lose more customers this way. 👋 After 30 years

@Bell Your 1.5 "Gigabit" offering doesn't even hit 200 MBPS on most days. It's not my devices either. Waiting for a new Modem but I have a feeling your gigabit service is a marketing ploy. If I continue to get sub 200 MBPS connections on my speed test I'm done. @fido @Rogers

@Bell_Support You use your platform to support mental illness when you guys are also causing it by increasing your bills, cutting services when knowing everyone is working from home, stressing people out is a reason for mental illness and you are the biggest contributors to it. #mentalhealth

@Bell_Support I phoned 611 to report a longstanding cellular dead zone at Glenarm Rd & Kirkfield Rd, south of Kirkfield ON. Two different reps did not know what a dead zone was, nor how to report this to your mobile network team. I was trying to help you - better training needed!
