    @Bell hey Bell, we just got Fibe 500 which is great! What is not great is that customer service could not assist my wife with an issue she has with our account, and we cannot administer the router - can anyone help us? What will it take?

    Hey @RogersHelps 10 hours on phone, 8hrs wait for visits, still don’t have service you promised, ripped me off last 2 Bills. 1.5hrs on hold right now after disconnect, 3hrs 4 nothing @Bell_Support can you do better?

    @samantha_cass Over 24 hours. This is unacceptable @Bell_Support. When people need to work from home and you cannot assure secure connection or an ETA as to when it will be fixed, but you sure don't mind taking our money, there is a problem! 🤬🤬🤬

    Got to love when you call into @Bell to cancel service for a deceased person, that they still try and sell you their product.

    @TorontoUltra @Bell @TCleanX Don’t trust any offers by Bell. I have been waiting for a gift card since cyber Monday !!! They have no intention to honour promises made and their customer service sucks!!!

    @Bell_Support Bell services are always down, it’s impossible to speak to a supervisor because of the pandemic they but won’t be comprehensive with people who are struggling to pay their bills durring the pandemic. Double standard! Worst staff ever!!

    @Bell_Support I just spent 2 hrs to add a product to my bill. I was hung up on 3 times and basically had to give cavity search to prove it was me. Worst customer service EVER U MAKING ROGERS LOOK APPEALING THATS BAD
